We had a lovely stay at this beautiful hotel in the historical part of Merida. When you enter the hotel, you enter an oasis in paradise. It has a very relaxed atmosphere and looks like a gem in the middle of the city. Our four children loved it and stayed behind to swim several times when the temperature was too... More

The best hotel in Mexico. I had such a great time. Travelling alone as a women is not always easy, but the staff of Hotel Hacienda Merida VIP was so helpful and guiding that I had a really good time. Everyday they sent me to the right places, with the right people. The hotel has a great location. Perfect to... More

The moment you step in, you understand why this is VIP. The property is just phenomenal. They really kept the original essence of this colonial house. The pool is really welcoming getting back from tours. The staff is really helpful with a lot of information.

Good location. Great staff. Very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is relaxed and tastes good. Close to the historical district. The room we had was large and pleasant. The pool is well maintained. We enjoyed our stay very much. Go to Apoala while you are there.

We stayed for 5 nights at this wonderful hotel. The building has real charm and character but the rooms are large and modern with all the amenities you need. Our room was at the the back of the property on the first floor, overlooking the swimming pool. It was really peaceful, despite being very close to the centre of Merida.... More

I stayed just one night with my girlfriend in May, but loved everything about the place. It's like a little hidden oasis once you step in from the street. All the staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was quiet and very comfortable, the sheets were seriously soft!! I would recmmend this to anyone. We were in the top... More

As soon as the unmarked doors from the renovated historical facade open you enter into a charming and peaceful oasis in the historical centre of Merida. Simply stunning! The staff is more than welcoming and we received a complementary upgrade to a superior room at the poolside. Could not have been better! The staff's service and friendliness made our stay... More

This is a very nice property located in the downtown area. It is almost hidden and there are no signs of hotel in the front door. However once the door opens, you find yourself walking in an old hacienda, with a nice pool and high ceilings, walls made of stones...only 6 rooms, so you get pretty good attention from the... More

This is a former residence converted into a small hotel. It is about 3 blocks from the main square, where you can find all the restaurants, bars and banks you'll ever need. The rooms were not lavish, but adequate for me. They had air conditioning which worked very well. They were quiet and I slept well. What more is there... More

We found this hotel to be very comfortable and in a great location. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and lovely but not "luxury" in my book. Simple but high quality breakfasts available. Would highly recommend staying here.
