This hotel was great value at $40 per night. Our room was lovely and overlooked the pool and pleasant courtyard. The air-conditoning and bathrooms facilities were good and most of the staff spoke English. The location was convenient for the central square and market area. Would fully recommend this hotel!

The Dolores Alba hotel is very comfortable while still retaining a local feel. The staff is friendly and helpful and most of the desk people speak english. Wonderful interior courtyard with a nice pool. Very pleasant. The only drawback is that there is a little hike to the downtown, but it is safe at all hours (if fact the whole...

The parking is limited, and the hotel is not as central as some others as reasonably priced. On a less encouraging note, my laptop computer was stolen from my locked room....

We spent one night at the Dolores Alba in Chichen Itza and I agree that it is a fabulous bargain. Our room was in the older section of the hotel and were small but clean. No frills if that is what you hope to get, but a quaint and enjoyable stay nonetheless. I believe that the newer rooms are bigger...

The rooms are clean and I enjoy the breakfast. It is an easy walk to the main plaza and other attractions....

This hotel is a wonderful oasis in a fantastic bustling city. Our room was cool, clean, comfortable, quiet and overlooked the pool. The shower was fantastic and the air conditioner was a new split system which made it very quiet. There are 2 courtyards, one with a pool and both with loads of greenery which make for a lovely retreat...
