This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at in Mexico. Staff were rude, unfriendly and clearly hated Americans. No hot water, noisy, dirty sheets, stained towles. I could go on all day. I would never stay here again if it was free.

Good location, service, price and the room was very clean. I would stay here again. I felt safe and walked to everything. Pool was nice to cool off. Staff was helpful and WiFi was great. Not a 5 star but good value.

The room was a 2* (European) if not a 1*. The staff was constantly extending there hands for a tip. They charge for internet !!! when a few 500 meters away on 62nd street, you enter a free Wi-fi zone. They will not even check something on the computer for you.
