A tropical island vacation is the perfect antidote for months of quarantine! Our guests report that they feel safer on the island than they do at home. Mask wearing is universal. Outdoor dining is the norm. Social distancing is enforced in all the beach clubs. The private, open-air rooftop bar at Casa Sirena remains one of the best places for sunset cocktails in all of Mexico! Hope you can visit again soon.

After months and months of Covid lockdown I couldn't imagine a better getaway. As a frequent guest of Casa Sirena I knew I could expect the highest standards of sanitation and precautions. My visit was as wonderful as always! Steve is the perfect host and the staff goes above and beyond. This was the first visit for my travel partner and she was so impressed she's hoping to return with her entire family and rent the entire hotel.

To start, I have never written a review in my life but I owe it to this place. We have been a few times and this place is the bomb. Seriously, the staff and the owner Steve is awesome! Hotel is walking distance from playa norte(our favorite beach)and many places to eat. And as always, happy hour on the rooftop with margaritas while watching the sun set is paradise. Just book it. We were initially a little nervous about our visit to Isla during Covid, but after arriving at Casa Sirena we felt incredibly safe and well taken care of. The precautions Steve and staff are taking quickly took away all of our worries. The hotel and rooms are always spotlessly clean and sanitized. Social distancing was very easy not only in the hotel, but also on Isla itself due to so few travelers. It was like having the island to ourselves, which was a wonderful change from the normal hustle and bustle. On to the important things...the breakfasts are delicious and from scratch, the attention to detail in the rooms makes you feel at home, and the happy hours are honestly always the highlight of our stay. Sitting at Steve's rooftop bar with ocean views on either side, a frosty margarita in hand, lively conversation, great music and a gorgeous sunset...what could be better? We already have a return trip planned!…
