We wrote to the hotel that we will arrive a bit early and they said we can't get the rooms before 15:00, at 15:00 they said the rooms are nor ready and they have only one cleaning worker, at 15:30 they said in will take one more hour, I came back 16:30 and they said it is still not ready, When i said it's not OK the receptionist (fani) told me to go and complain to the manager which will be here tommorow. I booked the rooms one month ago but they said they were not ready for us to come today. Worst service ever. Just don't come to this hotel.

we absolutely loved to stay here our 2 nights were amazing! the rooms were big and luxurious, we had the whole pool for ourselves and we had the best food ever the menu is incredible delicious and price worthy. the staff is amazing they work hard to make you feel welcomed and give the best customer service we had in the whole mexico. They provided help with the golf cart rentals and set the jacuzzi on time for us. Our experience here was by far the best!

I spent a three-day weekend at this all-inclusive and I enjoyed my stay. The staff was nice, although it took them a long time to bring drinks, even when the pool or dining room was not busy. We had a large room with two queen beds and the room cleaning service was good. I loved the large bathrooms. They only thing missing from the room was a chair and desk, which was odd because there was enough space. I don't think that I will return to Isla Mujeres. It was exhausting coming from the airport to the ferry terminal to the island and then having to wait in a long line for a taxi to Belo. I did not find the island attractive. It's very over-developed without any apparent urban planning by local authorities.

Let me start by saying the service is excellent the people are friendly. Polite and truly want to make your stay rememberable. However the booking process was less than forthright. Our reservation total was $987 American when we got to the hotel they charge us $1250 American and then claimed that the bank took the rest of a charge for the transfer rate which is bowl because I paid by credit card and the visa card handles the exchange rate also they put us in a smaller room we had booked a junior suite and when we asked to move they said we can do that but it would have to be a road view not an ocean view no price reduction just have a nice day and enjoy the smaller room for the bigger room price not an overall great experience

This is a lovely hotel, however, they have a system of transferring USD to pesos that causes them to overcharge. The young lady at the desk took the amount she said was due for the room and multiplied it by 20 (the amount she said each $1 USD was worth). However, she did that on a simple calculator. The rate per USD was actually less and she just rounded up which caused me to be over charged. Even after explaining that, she was convinced she was actually even charging me less than my reservation confirmation. If this is a system they have in place instead of regularly checking transfer rates they may have overcharged many of their customers without the customer realizing it. Even after showing her the ACTUAL USD charge she still was convinced it was a problem with my bank and not her math. Either way I did not authorize her to process my payment for that amount. I was afraid to even order room service or running my card anywhere on the Island the entire trip. Fortunately, I did not have this issue with anyone else.

The hotel is trendy, clean and new. They view is incredible and makes for beautiful photos. But beware! The management is unconcerned with guest’s satisfaction and very non responsive, the room service is sub par, and the resort charges extra for EVERYTHING. We booked our stay online, directly from the hotel website. We emailed the hotel and asked if early check-in would be possible - no reply. Upon arrival, we needed to add our daughter to our reservation and decided we would also like to add all-inclusive. They charged more than double the price offered on their web site to add our daughter and wanted an additional $600 for AI for a two night stay! When we asked them to honor the price they advertise online, we were informed that making reservations online, even directly from their hotel’s website, was the same as booking through Expedia or Hotels.com, and they would not honor any advertised prices once we were in person. They even suggested we cancel and rebook our reservation, even though we would lose 100% of what we had already paid! The front desk manager said we could try emailing or sending a text via WhatsApp, and so we did.. several times…. We’ve been back home for three days and still no reply.

First, the rooms are beautiful, updated boutique style, and the place is set up amazingly IF anything worked and bars were open past 8pm....every hot tub was empty, rooftop closed at 8. Had no hot water in shower for full stay there sorry I did for half shower 1 day..... Staff argued about food orders instead of trying to understand, got fleeced with "premium vodka". Asked for vodka tonics and they say is this one ok? and get a bill for 300pesos per shot of Titos (15$USD each). Tried ordering wine they kept saying only had the 3000peso bottles had to go to rack and find the one we wanted (1200peso). The cherry on top was I asked to extend my stay and was told multiple times by staff at the front desk yes yes everything good, to find out on the day that NOTHING was booked or available... Luckily next door at HOTEL IZLA they had a room. Now not as fancy looking a hotel but I will say HOTEL IZLA...ABSOLUTELY EVERY SINGLE STAFF MEMBER WAS ABOVE AND BEYOND AMAZING....... much better stay. Best part in a country ( forget an island) where water is not potable you get a 2 bottle limit of free water.....1l per day....that's it.....you pay for anything else..... damn rooms go up to 1200$ a night and they cut you off at 2 bottles of water.....

This is the worst hotel in life!! DO NOT STAY HERE! The resort is new but it seems to need maintenance everywhere. I been there 4 times and every time hot tubs never worked. Loud music everyday, And don’t get me started about food, THE RESTAURANT WAS CLOSED the most of the time! Service slow and poor. I read reviews of this place was bad but is even worst! If I could rate it in cero I would do it. Someone took 300 USD from my safe last night and when I asked to a waiter he told me that it is very usual in that place! Once occasion, someone got inside the property to stole all the safes in the rooms!!!! That they stole more than 4000 USD !!!! Inhuman people, the general manager Manuel is an as**** that only cares about winning money for himself. He asked me for money in cash when I spoke to him!! He didn’t resolve anything!!! The list goes on and on. This is the worst place by war, PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE!!!

I visit Isla several times per year and never heard such loud music going all night. It’s my 40th birthday and my family came down to help celebrate. We all went to bed around 10pm but could not sleep due to the super loud clubbing music going on outside. This music played all night, we could still hear it at 5am. My poor parents couldn’t sleep at all since their doors faced the pool. It’s super embarrassing to have picked this beautiful hotel for them to stay at and they can’t even get a decent night of rest. The hotel is gorgeous with modern amenities but we would never stay here again due to the lack of concern for noise affecting all guests. I would suggest an Airbnb on a different part of the island, there are some gorgeous ones perfect for families and large groups. The showers here also leak water all over the floors. We put towels down to mop it up and then asked the front desk for more since we ran out. They said the rule is 2 towels per room per day.
