Bahia was within walking distance (just a block or two) of everything....the ferry to the island, shops, restaurants, taxis, beach, scooter and golf cart rentals....EVERYTHINGI Even though it was located directly on the main street with beautiful views of the water and Cancun in the distance, it was quiet in the room. The hotel was immaculate and the staff could... More

We stayed at Bahia Chac Chi four years ago and loved it. So when we decided to return to our island paradise, we were delighted Bahia Chac Chi had a room on the bay side available. Rooms are very clean and the staff is so accommodating and friendly. They go out of their way to make your stay the best... More

The customer service gentleman at the front desk was sincerely friendly and helpful. Checking in was a breeze and the room was good sized and clean. We were able to walk across the street for some great, fresh grub at the Cockteleria Justicia Social across the way. What I liked about this hotel was that it was off the main... More

We stayed for one night. The hotel is nice enough and close to ferry landing but the air conditioner sounded like a lawnmower next to the bed. We had to turn it off to sleep but then would wake up sweating and turn it back on for awhile. This went on all night. We told the front desk in the... More

Nice and clean, walking distance to everything in town ,always greeted with a happy smile,,, perfect stay ! I would recommend renting a golf cart while you are there or for at least a day to really enjoy the beauty of the island. Enjoy

The hotel was nice, not great, and definitely not worth the $120 we paid. It is located near the ferry terminal, which was nice, and close enough to downtown to walk around and see everything. The hotel beds were really hard, and the air conditioning was cold, so bring a jacket to wear to sleep in. The staff was super... More

Very close to the pier (one block and a half away)We stayed for 2 nights and our room faced the bay. Hotel was clean and amenable to our requests. They provided beach towels for 200 pesos which they reimbursed upon return of towels. Pool is nice and open until 8pm only. Continental breakfast is included. Staff very friendly, courteous, and... Stayed here 3 nights in June. We arrived in the morning off an early flight and we were kindly given a room. We were on the second floor, so our room was close to the road and it was very noisy with all the traffic. View of ocean was not so great. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The main... More

Rooms are clean and comfortable. Located one block from the ferry pier and within walking distance to main part of town. Good for a short stay or if you don't care about being on the beach. We had rooms on the back side of the hotel, so view was not as beautiful, but it was quiet! Breakfast was about what... More

We stayed at Bahia Chac Chi for our honeymoon and the place was perfect. The staff was amazing and the location was perfect! We will defiantly stay here again when we return to Isle. The hotel was within walking distance of everything we needed including the port, Playa Norte, dinning, and shopping. I thought it would be loud because it... More
