Our stay at Mi Casa was amazing. We loved the building and all the green lush surroundings. The plants, trees and flowers were just what we wanted. The rooms are simple but perfect. There are many outdoor spaces that are beautiful. The suite on the top floor has everything you need. Kitchen, livingroom, bathroom and bedroom but the outdoor space is great. Numerous balconies just make you want to be outside. Balcony off the livingroom and kitchen has a very small pool used to just get wet and cool off. Every morning Irma cooks breakfast for all the guest. She is a lovely woman with very little english but still communicated well. Every need we had they were great. Memo the owner checked on us a few times by email or text. We loved the location close to the square but not in the square so we could avoid the square if we wanted. Very authentic place to relax. We will be back every year. All inclusive fancy big hotels are not for us, local experience was just what we wanted for our 30th anniversary.

Mi Casa en Cozumel is a guesthouse that looks like what would have resulted if Frank Lloyd Wright had built a home in Cozumel. Its combination of local building elements and integration of local flora into the built environment will delight any architecture buff. Even if you're not into architecture, it's a really cool place to stay. I was especially impressed by their willingness to accommodate my diet with each morning's complimentary breakfast. Mi Casa's caretaker prepared delicious homemade vegan food for me every morning and made it a lot easier to stick to my diet in a place where almost every dish contains something from animals. I'm still dreaming of a couple particularly delicious dishes that she made! Everyone in Cozumel is doing a much better job than most places in the U.S. at observing procedures necessary to halt the spread of COVID-19. Mi Casa was no exception, including the wearing of masks, social distancing, and observing a reduced number of rooms booked at any one time. Though it felt a little lonely, that's completely beyond the control of anyone, and I commend Memo's (the owner of Mi Casa) adherence to local safety guidelines. I highly recommend a visit to Mi Casa en Cozumel!

We have stayed here 5 or 6 times and it is always delightful. This is a small B&B, I think about 7-8 rooms. It is beautifully designed, with lovely terrazo floors and stone floors, stucco walls, many natural touches and open areas. It is very simple, in the most refreshing and calming way. Impeccably clean, and breezy. Breakfast is served every day by Irma, who is very diligent and attentive. It is a great location and easy walk to every thing in town as well as to the dock where we meet our dive master, the Mega for grocery shopping and many restaurants. This time, we rented the top floor apartment and it was delightful. It has a well equipped kitchen, many outdoor terraces with views of the ocean and is large and comfortable. Mi Casa is just a delight.

We stayed here for one week in their Naranja room. The rooms are exactly as pictured. The whole house is an architectural marvel: Hidden corners and well-thought out design and touches all around. If you want a stay in a more residential area than this is the perfect place to be: Very comfortable and close to good restaurants as well as the town center yet far enough away from the tourist craze. Some noise from neighbors and dogs, but then this is very common in Mexico.

I have been coming to Cozumel for many years. I have stayed in quite a few hotels over the past 20 years. Mi Casa is by far my favorite. My room is always spotlessly clean, well maintained and walking distance to city center. Erma cooks me breakfast everyday and she is a sweetheart! You will be happy with your stay there.
