Well we were only on the island for one night but our stay was so comfortable and we would certainly recommend this small ,clean and welcoming service to all. We had use of a nice pool to cool in before walking through many areas in the short walk downtown. Great location. The

Mi Casa is centrally located and a great spot for spending time on the island. The last few times we have visited, we have stayed in the Zapote room, which is a little more expensive, but for the price is an amazing value. The rooms are beautiful and are incredibly relaxing to

This is a great place to stay in Cozumel and it’s fairly unique. We would love to stay here again next time we’re in Cozumel. The location of this hotel is fantastic. Roughly a ten minute walk to town. Very close to the waterfront and plenty of great restaurants all around, and

Hola, thank you for your great and very descriptive review. We are really happy to know you liked our place and specially that you would stay again with us, that is more important. Yes, the place has a great location if you want to experience downtown Cozumel, as we are in a quiet block very close to most places, and one block away from the waterfront. Being one block away from the waterfront, as you mentioned, just the top suite has ocean view, and we decided that all our other rooms should have an inside view to our many trees that we left during construction, to make them more private. Thank you again for your review and for staying with us, Memo López

Nice place and inexpensive. Irma makes a filling breakfast each morning that kept me going through the day. The rooms are nothing fancy, but clean and comfortable and I enjoyed the hammock. The only downside was that on our last day we got a surprise email asking us to pay an

Hola, Thank you for your review and we are glad that you enjoyed breakfast and the hammock on your terrace. Sorry about the last tax we wanted collected from you, but we were just notified that we needed to collect it from all our guests (we would have to pay it for all stays even if we did not collect it, like in your case, that you did not want to pay it), but there is nothing we can do about it, and is a city ordinance issued by our mayor to finance an improved cleaning and security for touristy areas. Regards, Memo López

Hola, thank you for asking your doubts about our rooms. We have standard rooms with A/C and without A/C, but if you saw this in a reservation site it should be with A/C, as without A/C we only sell on our web site. Standard rooms with A/C are Sandia, Limon and Naranja rooms, and when you book it we will answer you with name of room booked and asking for a deposit of first night to confirm reservation, so you can be sure you are booking one of these rooms. If you have more questions please let us know. Have a great day, Memo Lopez

Hello and thank you for asking us your doubts about our rooms. Yes, the rooms are very safe to keep the windows and terrace doors open at night. They also have shutters in the windows and mosquito nets in them, so you can just open the shutters and do not need to open whole door or window (any way the place is very safe). Our rooms are all inside a walled property and room windows are high or to its terrace/balcony. Ground level rooms are even safer since hotel entrance is in second level and ground level rooms have a walled patio that is private to the room. If you have other question or want to book, please contact us on our web site, and we would be glad to answer you with more information, send you some photos or book your room. Thank you, Memo Lopez
