Fantastic place. Right across the street from the Money Bar. They have a great band that plays Thurs - Sunday (and stops promptly at 9PM so you can sleep). Very clean, first class place to stay. We did rent a car, but you could easily taxi to town if need be. Quiet, comfortable place to stay.

We stayed in 404 and it had an amazing patio overlooking the ocean (and a great owner). The Money Bar is across the street, and while the beach is limited, the snorkeling is actually very good. The property is well-maintained, the pool is stunning and the unit is massive. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Went to Cozumel with two other couples. We got talked into a timeshare presentation than none of us wanted but the agreement got us a free van rental for a day , even though we refused timeshare memberships. We drove the island and ate lunch at Coconuts. Unique bar with excellent island food , cold beer and friendly staff. A primitive hideaway, but it is a must stop on any visit to break up days on the beach and to see parts of the island most tourists never experience.

We just completed our 3rd stay at the Landmark. We can't say enough good things about this wonderful place. It is comfortable, super clean, very well appointed, superbly managed and feels like coming home each time we are there. Sandy and Adriana are fabulous. They are always accommodating with our stay dates and so helpful with local information while we are there. The pool is beautiful, the Money Bar Beach Club is iconic, and it is SO convenient to be picked up at the Money Bar pier for our dive outings. We have now stayed about 90 days. We already miss Fuga playing Thursday through Sunday at the Money Bar, Letitia's amazing massages at the beach and the beautiful snorkeling that is less than 50 feet away. Cozumel is a wonderful island surrounded by beauty and full of amazing people and places. The Landmark lets you experience all of this in a tranquil and lovely environment. …

We had a wonderful stay at the Landmark. The place was beautiful and all the staff were amazing, particularly Adriana. Having the Money Bar across the street was convenient. We had food delivered twice and ate there twice for sunsets. We enjoyed our time on Cozumel. Thank you!

The best place to stay in Cozumel! Gorgeous condo, awesome views, quiet location with a dock for boat pick up, and the Money Bar has great food and drinks. The staff are exceptional! The entertainment in the Money Bar is fun on the weekends. Beautiful pool.

The staff and the facilities are first class. This was our third visit to The Landmark. Our 3 bedroom 3 1/2 condo was immaculate and furnished with all of the kitchen amenities that we needed. We even grilled dinner twice after reserving a time to grill. The grill was even spotless.

One of the best spots on the island. Staff is outstanding, very dedicated to providing you an exceptional stay. Facility is beautiful and impeccably cleaned. Every amenity is the level you would expect. Convenient to town with a short taxi or walk across street to Money Bar for food, drinks and beach access. Some of the best shore snorkeling, and amazing sunsets each night.

This was truly a luxury to experience this resort. The condo was beyond anything I was expecting, clean, huge, beautiful, comfortable and so enjoyable. The staff at the Landmark are beyond amazing, I loved every single one of them. Ramon, Sandy and Adriana are truly gems and know exactly how to make your stay enjoyable and fun. It was a pleasure to see them every day and share a smile or ask for help in anything we needed a hand with. These folks know how to make your vacation/stay at the Landmark memorable and wonderful. The beauty of this location is a super nice pool in the back and in the front offers a beautiful reef for endless snorkelling excitement. If you are into diving which I now understand why this is a divers destination, they will pick you up right at the Resorts pier. Getting around the island was super easy with Taxi's and they are always available and super nice with most of them speaking very good English. We were at the Landmark for 27 days and I treasure every single one of them. Not only were we so fortunate to have amazing people working at the Landmark, we have met friends that will be friends forever. Truly a beautiful place, very well looked after and I felt like a Princess the whole time I was there. Thank you Landmark, you really make my time spent there beyond AMAZING.…
