Gorgeous property. So much space. Beautiful balcony’s 🙃from every bedroom with views of the Caribbean. A 40 foot walk across the streets treats you one of the funnest snorkeling spots my children have ever loved!! Local beach bar has excellent food & great coffee bar. Too many great things to say! We will be back 👏🏻💙👏🏻
I’m hesitant to write this as I want to keep this place a secret!! We stayed last year as well and came back again this year and had an amazing time! The suite for the three bedroom is very large and beautifull with all the amenities . The pool area is never crowded so no fighting for beds etc. The staff are amazing ! Hats off to Sandy, Ramon, Jair , Adrianna for everything!! They truly make this place shine as well as all the staff! Cleaning staff also amazing. Also have to say we were travelling with my 89 year old Mom and she had a bit of tummy trouble and Ramon called they doctor and he was there within 20 with meds for my Mom. Very wonderfull doctor!Anyway we are hoping to Come back next year!
Stayed at The Landmark during our recent trip to Cozumel and loved the property. Beautiful pool in the back, and amazing ocean views in the front. Had a 3 bedroom (upgrade) which was huge and laid out nicely - would been great with other couples or family. Money Bar (across street) a great place to eat, drink and watch sunsets (and 10% discount if you stay at The Landmark). We had only been to Cozumel on cruises but will definitely plan another trip back to The Landmark.
Returned for 4th visit to this property with 2 other couples and shared elite 3 bedroom ocean view unit. The grounds and property are well maintained and the building standards surpass custom built homes in the U.S. with marble floors, granite counter tops, top of the line appliances and furnishings. The staff is always very friendly and are anxious to meet every request. We overlooked an item that was left in the room safe when we left, but once notified of the problem, the front desk located the item and assisted us for it's return to the U.S. We are made to feel like 'family' and we are anxious to return again. It's the best of the best in Cozumel!!
We have just returned from a week long stay at the Landmark Resort in a 2 bedroom condo. It was just the two of us (a middle aged couple) and we found square footage of the condo plus balcony to almost exceed our home! LOVED having the space to spread out and relax, read on the comfy living room and balcony furniture, prepping some simple meals in the kitchen with full sized, almost new appliances, and run a load of laundry in the washer/dryer unit . We didn't use the dishwasher but there was one. The king sized bedroom suite with a walk in closet, dressing area, jetted soaking tub and dual head shower was amazing. I am very picky about bed linen and I could not have been more pleased by the soft, high thread count bedding and perfectly comfy pillows and mattress. The mattress was a tiny bit short (so typical width for a king but not length) but it was so restful to be in the room (great darkening shades too) that we didn't notice too much. We actually chose these accommodations because of the access to snorkeling across the street at the Money Bar, where we have snorkeled on our many trips to the Island. The snorkeling was pretty good (over the week I counted over 25 different fish and we also saw 3 small rays.)The food at the Money Bar is pretty good for bar food (loved the coconut shrimp) and we also liked the Starbucks on site. The resort has a "designated sunning area" over there but that was disappointing - ratty loungers and broken umbrellas and actually not enough spaces for all guests) especially compared to the luxurious feel of the furnishings around the incredible resort pool. We soon learned to do our snorkeling and comeback across to the resort to lounge. The pool is probably one of the best designed I've seen at a resort - lots of easy entry and it never felt crowded. In the afternoon the Bar would send over a waiter to take drink orders which was great! On some evenings (TH, F, S?) there is a live band at the Bar which can be quite loud when you are trying to unwind for the evening, but they ended playing, every time, by 9pm. I can't wrap up without mentioning how lovely the staff here are. Every person in the front office, every person maintaining the property, anyone we met who worked at the resort offered a hardy greeting and a big smile and any help we needed at all times. They always checked with us to make sure we were enjoying our stay and seemed to really care. We hope to make the Landmark Resort our new place to stay when we come to Cozumel - -it was just a wonderful week!…
