Really unique and beautiful place. Jorge is helpful, informative and very accommodating if you need him, but also unseen unless you co tact him. Location is within a few minutes from everything. Great place.

We loved it! We stayed in the Penhouse in the front and loved the look and feel of the place. We wanted something less touristy and more authentic and we certainly got it with this open air, Palapa style room. Plenty big enough and comfortable for two travelers with a lot of neat features. It was fun just to look out and watch Cozumel wake up and come to life each day. It is off the main drag, but plenty close enough to walk wherever you wanted. No shortage of food and drink options within striking distance. The neighborhood was great, everyone super friendly including the owner (Jorge). I knew what to expect going in, so I was ready for the open air room and possible bug and sound annoyances...the early morning ruckus from around us was pretty bad, but we are early risers anyway. Would like it more if the courtyard was more developed, but it really is a minor thing. Great place for a couple!

I find the common hotel to be boring so, finding something a little out of the ordinary was just what my lovely girlfriend and I needed. Our room (penthouse) was beautifully furnishes with a beautiful finish on all woodwork. Very romantic, and Jorge (the renter) was super kind and helpful. The breakfast is worth the purchase and we were made a delicious and different meal every morning we ate. A few blocks away from the main strip of downtown. All in all; I definitely look forward to visiting again some day. PS. Make sure you wear bug spray if you stay in the penthouse if you’re like me and mosquitos love the sweet taste of your blood (the room has a net cover for the bed, actually makes it more romantic ;) )

From the start our stay was a pleasurable one. It was nice to receive a message from Jorge confirming our booking and advising us on our arrival . The rooms are nicely designed and decorated . Also very comfortable beds and it's a nice touch having a microwave and fridge. I can't comment on breakfast as we didn't take that option. Jorge advised us on places to eat and recommended my Dive company which turned out to be excellent ! ( Aldora) Also he very kindly allowed us a late check out ! A definite recommendation !
