Stayed here for eight days with my husband in January, 2017. Great resort, located at the end of the hotel zone in Cozumel. Plenty of activities with the star friends, most notably Wendy, who was very charming and personable. She is an accomplished young entertainer and really cares about the guests' experience! Please do not miss the fire show when...

After staying at a wonderful Iberostar property in the Riviera Maya in 2013, we decided to stick with the company for our recent excursion to Cozumel. While it's hard to match the peerless Playa Paraiso, the property did serve its purpose as a great resort for divers and for excellent service. The number of restaurants weren't as extensive or impressive...

We come here to dive with Dressel Divers who are a top notch dive operation. We have done dive trips all over the world and this outfit is one of the best. The accommodations are basic but comfortable and quiet at night. The grounds are really nice with all the foliage and the flamingos are a real treat to watch....

We were both incredibly happy. Our room was 40 feet from the water. The resort has a pier and fish swarmed it. The food and drinks were great - the breakfast and dinner buffets in the main building were top notch. The ala cart restaurants we went to were good, Pagoda better than Las Marias. The staff was incredibly friendly...

We were a group of 20, ranging in range from 9 to 86 and we were all impressed! The resort was small enough for everyone to get around easily even though some people did get a bit lost at night. The food was amazing and very plentiful. The only complaint about the food that I heard was that there was...

Came via cab (approx. 20 minute ride) from a cruise ship (Disney Fantasy) for the afternoon hoping to purchase a day pass. The front desk staff were very accommodating and all 9 in our party (4 adults/5kids) had a great time! Great service; friendly staff, cold beer and wonderful daiquiris! Our all inclusive pass included it all...The buffet lunch was...

We had a great time. If you want to dive this is the place for you. Snorkeling in beach area is not good. If you like to run into the water, don't go to this resort. They nicknamed this beach "iron shore" for a reason. You can't even walk into the water from the beach. It's that brutal. If you...

We are finishing our last day at this resort and honestly say we will be back. Everything from the food, drinks, entertainment and housekeeping have been incredible. Special shout outs to Lele (spelling?) Juan and Wendy from the entertainment division and Ana from poolside, for making it a five star instead of a four star review. These guys and ladies...

We are a family of 6: kids ages 20, 19, 14, 10. Were looking for an all inclusive Caribbean vacation and found Mexico the most affordable for our large family. Came across this unique style resort. None of us are divers but like to snorkel so thought we'd try it. Ended up loving it and thought we'd share our experience!...
