The place is tiny, and the rooms are too small. The shower is good, but the water always cold. There is a water bar in place, but using it costs 30 pesos. The location is not near any beach nor the centre. Plus, the air conditioning is not very good, and they turn it on from 20:00 to 8:00 (but practically they turn it on much later and turn it off much earlier). And the most frustrating thing is that luggage storage for the last day costs 100 Pesos, EACH! So basically this place offers nothing but a bed and a basic kitchen, and expect nothing else without further payment. I recommend that you put in a bit more money and go to a better hostel, closer to the centre.

Stumbled upon this hostel after missing our flight home and not having any hotel accommodations. I had remembered passing by a couple days before on our walk along the main road where a lot of the shops are at and thinking it looked nice for a hostel so we decided to check it out and see if there was any space for us since we were not wanting to spend a fortune for 1 night at a resort. It was cheap, clean and exactly like the pictures. The man working the counter was very friendly and helpful. The beds are not the softest but what you would expect for a hostel. If you get the "private room" (basically just a bed in a small room but you have a sliding door instead of the honeycomb style beds on the wall across) you have a fan which was nice because it did get a little hot. Showers, toilets, and shared kitchen all very clean. If I am ever back in Cozumel on a budget and looking for more adventure rather than a luxury resort I will definitely be staying again.

I randomly passed bye this hostel while in Cosumel and was pleasantly surprised by this place. The owner was nice enough to give us a tour. I think this would be a great place for someone or a couple who wanted to do something different from the usual all inclusive hotels. The beds are clean, the facility is kept clean and it in the heart of downtown. The ferry terminal is only a 5 minute walk and the beach is right in front. The police patrol the street so its safe and the people are friendly. I would for sure recommend this place for someone who is looking to stay at a hostel. They have bunks as well as rooms so take your pick! Snacks and drinks are available for purchase and the kitchen is available for anyone to use.
