First, I will mention the only thing I found good about the hotel. A very friendly staff, most seemed to be English speaking. Unusual for a Budget hotel. Now for the not so good. At reception she asked to look at my cellular hotel confirmation to see the price. I suspect, due to the low price, I was given the...

Our first hotel at Cancun and I've realized we're back to our backpackers times ;). Staff was friendly, room small and bit stinky, breakfast basic. Swimming pool was available but somehow none of us felt plunging into it.

Breakfast they serve is very basic and does fit the pricing range of the hotel. My rating overall is okay, but if...

I booked through a third party website and was quoted a price for my entire stay. Upon arrival the receptionist, the staff doesn't wear name tags, wanted to charge a higher rate because the exchange rate at the hotel was non fluctuating. The receptionist continued to attempt to charge me a higher rate, at which point I became irate and...

The staff was really friendly and helpfull and the hotel is cheap BUT the hotel was infected with fleas (and mold in some places) so there was no getting around of this. We had a lot of trouble getting rid of fleas afterwards and only stayed 1 night.

Good option for a short budget stay in Cancun. Not a very nice area, but such is downtown cancun. Close to bus station which is a plus. Hotel itself is being kept clean but is quite old, which makes the stay less comfortable. The A/C is working loudly. Wifi is ok. If you can avoid paying for breakfast do so,...
