This was our 3rd stay here, this time for 8 days, and again had a pleasant stay. It is the staff that makes it so good: great butler team with Andrea, Jonathan, Alejandro and Miguel, the pool guys with Pedro, Pepe and really everyone! Special thanks to Cesar from the restaurants, always here to help. Only issue was the big wedding group end of April that acted like they would own the place, but among this very good Will check in again on Nov 7th! Amigos unidos!

Everything about the property is perfection! From the grounds to the rooms to the staff and the food! Our butler Jonathan was fabulous and there to help with extra touches such as making sure we had dinner reservations to answering any questions. We had a delicious wine dinner at Terra Nostra (on property). Chef Alvaro’s menu was thoughtfully selected to pair with the Santo Tomas wines. He also was happy to accommodate food preferences too. Our waiter Daniel and the restaurant manager provided excellent service to make the dinner an experience to remember! We also took a pizza making class with Chef Alvaro. We learned some handy tips which we can’t wait to try out! And the pizza was delicious. All in all it was a fantastic vacation. You won’t regret staying at the Nizuc!…

Spent 5 days on our 2nd Annual Empty Nesters Trip at Nizuc Resort and Spa. We were so pleasantly impressed by the level of exceptional service throughout the resort from check in to food options. But one person made our day uniquely special and we want to take the time to compliment Andrea Jimenez our buildings butler. She made each day so special with her heightened level of care and check ins no matter where we were within the property. A wonderful experience at a 5 star resort. Nizuc is about the most peaceful place on earth. The staff is extremely attentive, helpful and super friendly. The restaurants on site are great with a ton of variety, you definitely don’t need to leave the resort! We have been here many times and it is one of our favorite destinations for travel.

This place and its staff were amazing! 👏🏽 Everything from the breakfast to the bomb fire barbecue dinner on the beach was done with the type of love and special care you only get at home. My only request (for bugs and people who get easily hot like me) is an overhead fan attached to the overhead lights at the bomb fire dinner. 🙂🙃

I got more than an impression that this place servals its guests in a way that is intrusive. It appears that they are listening in every location and perhaps even have cameras. Beautiful place but I would never go back.

The resort was perfection and the staff are so nice and helpful in every way! The food wad delicious and waiters go out of their way to provide a unique experience. We went for my moms birthday and she was treated extra special. We are definitely repeat customers from now on!

Most amazing resort I have ever stayed at!! You are greeted by the most kindness staff! They are all there to make sure you are taken care of. The resort is very large. You are surrounded by large tropical plants and trees that give you a sense of privacy and beauty. Get out your camera…every spot is an Instagram Photo! The resort has electric carts with drivers that will take you to wherever you need to go around the resort. You can walk if you want…but, the humidity was too much for us to walk. The rooms are amazing! They have high ceilings and large windows that overlook the ocean. Each building comes with its own Butler to make sure your stay is comfortable. If you need anything for your room or if you want to make reservations at the spa or a restaurant…the Butler will be there to assist. We loved the Pool! The staff is always checking in to make sure you have everything you need. Our drinks were never empty. I recommend the LA PUNTA GRILL & LOUNGE for either lunch or dinner. The atmosphere and views of the pool and ocean are amazing! SERVICE SERVICE SERVICE!! Can’t say enough about the wonderful Staff!! Can’t wait to go back!! Thank you all so much! …

Everything about this resort is spectacular. The service is absolutely outstanding - they are genuine, light hearted, take pride in their job and always put a smile on our face. We were thrilled to have Miguel, Hector and Jonathan in our presence and attending to us. The views are beautiful and astonishing it’s like living in a painting day in and day out. There are no complaints about this place in the slightest. Would recommend this to be your goto resort.
