My husband and I have stayed at Sandos Cancun about 5 times. We either stay in May or October. Sometimes both per year. Some of the negative reviews really bother me. There is a High Season and a Low Season. I believe this is the same at all Resorts, wherever. To expect all restaurants to be open during the Low Season is unrealistic. Occupancy is down. Sandos does alternate dinner restaurants. All Inclusives are serving hundreds of people from different countries. Not everyone is going to like the food, presentation or variety. My suggestion: if you have very specific standards, stay at an entirely different type of Resort AND pay the price. Sandos has been wonderful to my husband and I. The only thing I really missed on our last stay was Flavio in Bar One. A great bartender and even better person. …
We stayed Sandos Cancun July 15-28 2022 , My wife slipped exiting the pool, broke her foot, Appeal :did any other guess experience this slippery surface around the pool pool areas please in touch rab.hillis@gmail.com as the hotel are in DENIAL, We booked with TUI package holiday as the Hotel are informing this this a isolated case. We would be very appreciative of any evidence or experiences to share.
4th time here and its the amazing people that bring me back. While the location, beach and beautiful water are second to none, its always about the people. Milo always makes sure we have our favourite spot by the pool and overlooking the beach. He checks on us through out the day and ensures we have what we need. He is amazing. Daniel was there from day 1... 4 years ago. Making us laugh and keeping everyone entertained. His energy is endless. We saw improvements to the resort this year and hear that more are coming. We are looking forward to it.

Ithiel was so much fun and always entertaining. We had so much fun on the different themed nights! 10/10 would recommend staying at this resort! All the entertainment crew was very out going and friendly.
Buffet food awful and at least 2 out of 5 available restaurants closed every night, no 2 identical drinks tasted the same we will never go back and others we met said the same, rooms were ok, entertainment average
Continues irritating noise from the air conditioning unit which makes you hard to fall asleep,was given a room with a king size bed instead of 2 double bed.Not good air ventilation in the bathroom.Some tiles needs changing.
Ithiel the zumba guy was amazing very good and the cutest and really gentleman and my experience was incredible and happy for me and my crew thanks ithiel for everything keep up the good work and good luck in everything the service is excellent and the ocean is very nice the activities are very good
Sergio Damien was especially helpful because I have a knee that needs replacing. He saw that we were well taken care of as I had limited ability to walk Rafael Balaassar saw that we were brought excellent meals in-spite of my knee handicap. The room was very clean with stocked drinks. It is a magical place; the sea water is turquoise, the sand is “white “. The temperature was perfect and everyone was very friendly. I want to go back once my knee replacement happens. They have great pools, saunas and the food is prepared perfectly ( Michelin standards). Night entertainment was great, we enjoyed a Mexican meal with quality entertainment. Mariachis, singers and dancers.
Came here as a last minute trip with my friend. We’ve had an amazing time & experience here at Sandos! One of my favorite things I must point out is the water exercise with Jaír & Sergio! Their energy is awesome & super fun!
