Amazing the room the service and the drinks, flavio , I have had the most amazing time at the end of school Flavio has been amazing this is my last night here it is the best night yet, The service has been amazing everyone has been amazing I am very happy with my stay here.
We were captivated by the warmth of all the staff and the service provided. The place is gorgeous and the food superb. We had an amazing experience at the hotel and enjoyed the breathtaking view of the ocean. We really appreciate the warmth and care provided by Isaura and Manuel at the Lobby, the amazing drinks served by Miguel and Alex at the Premium Bar and the entertainment and delightful food provided by Efrain at Gaijin Restaurant!
I’m easy to please. Some reviews mention mold, limited food, etc. That’s all valid and I agree a few things can improve which is why I put 4 stars, however I only need a beach, bed, shower, food, and clean water to drink. Again, I’m easy to please. I was at Sandos Cancun on a Monday-Friday trip. This was my second visit to Sandos Cancun and will definitely return. Visit Pedro in the hut off the resort to schedule an excursion. It’s a close walk. Leave the resort, cross the street to get on the opposite sidewalk, make a right. Just a minute or two walk, just before the convenience store on the left side, there’s a hut on the left. Pedro will help you book whatever you need. The price is less with him vs booking inside the resort due to not paying the resort fees. Sandos has an amazing front desk and concierge crew! Ask them anything. Visit the negative reviews and positive reviews to get an overall view of what a stay at Sandos is like.…
we were in this hotel from may 5 to 8 celebrating my bday and my bachelorette party, and I really wish I hadn't. The service was bad from the check in, where they overcharged me twice my fee, even tho I was together with my friends and we made one same booking they claimed that "they didn't know we were together" and took a goo 45-1hr to check us in. Next day I had to waste time to get my money back for their mistakes. The food was not really good, but the worst experience we had was in the "japanese" restaurant, for starters when they offered to book us a table they never told us that it was a fix meal, and that meal was some rice and teppanyaki, part of our party arrived on time and the rest was coming down on a different elevator, the people from the restaurant didn't like it and harass our friends telling them that we had exactly 3 min to show up or they will cancel everything and ask them to leave, and keep pushing them even after they told them we were literally on the elevator. The food was pretty bad all ingredients were quite frozen and old, the "chef" kept trying to push their jokes at our group even after we told him we were not in the mood since we were tired from spending the day out at tulum. most of our group left the food as it was non edible and we all wish we had stop cup noodles instead of living that horrible experience. The hotel itself is really pretty the pools are nice and the spa has a great service, is so sad that the bad overcomes the good, hope they improve because is so much potential there.…
Overall good experience! Enjoyed the pools and beach area, service was all pretty good. Food quality could be improved but for the price it was reasonable. Good drinks and bar tenders were all very helpful.
Had a really good experience. The hotel is very clean and upkeep is maintained daily. The staff are really friendly and cater to all needs. My only negative was the food - I would have loved to have experienced authentic Mexican food. The food was bland and tasteless at times. Would definitely recommend the Teppanyaki restaurant that was amazing.
Everything was amazing, the food, the drinks, te Beach, the view, literally no down points. But the best part is, without a doubt, the incredible staff. Very kind, polite and friendly. My wife and I already have plans of coming back in the next year!
I would like someone to be in contact with me soon. I still have no idea what we paid for. There were weddings close to our room and it sounded like a night club in our room I have videos to prove this. I have never been so upset about a stay in a hotel than this one. I will be contacting corporate of sandos resorts if I am not contacted soon to fix this.
My experience was very bad from the very first moment I made the check-in until the last moment of my vacation. First, they don't have the exact amount of my reservation and they made extra charges and they charge them wrong, the staff was very rude to us and we are royal elite clients. The food was terrible and the attention of the staff in many areas of the hotel was rude when you ask them a question. The concierge staff and Abel were nice people and help us a little bit but I think that they don't have the authority to change things by the minute. The staff in the Japanese restaurant was rude to us because they told us they just can wait for us 3 minutes for our reservation and the food was terrible there too. The hotel is really nice and clean and it looks fancy and luxury style but the service is so bad that it doesn't matter because the guest experience is bad. I hope things change in this hotel but I will never go back again.…
Food at the buffet was bad. Even find a bug in my soup. The server were not always in a good mood and at the buffet, no service at all. Really loved the server Enrique. The glass were so dirty. When i asked for water there was red chilli paper in my glass so i know it was from the other drink before me… i think this is inacceptable, more with Covid. Overall, i had fun and great time
