The suites themselves were average. The air conditioning may be extremely cold when you first enter but thankfully you can change that. You may find a few geckos in your room but they're harmless. Mosquitos were the worst part of the vacation, but the suites spray bug spray in the room I think once a week. The showers in the...

This resort was off the beaten path and though small, was extremely relaxing. The service was excellent and we were treated as important people and not a number. If you are looking for a beautiful relaxing vacation this is a wonderful place to stay.

We spent 5 days/4 nights at Laguna Suites. It doesn't have all the "bells and whistles" that some of the resorts have but it is also not as noisy and busy. It is out of the "hub bub" but not too far away from "party area" of Cancun which was perfect for us! The food was THE BEST off all...

While this hotel would not be rated as five star by many travelers, it is quaint, cozy and good value for the money. Our suite consisted of a living/dining area; a large bedroom with a very comfortable king size bed, and bathroom with double sinks and a shower. Other amenities included: in room safe, a mini refrigerator, microwave and coffee...

We went to Laguna Suites, for a week, on an Interval exchange, primarily to escape the cold weather. The staff is very nice. The facility property is quite small; but, quaint and lovely. Very relaxing atmosphere until the drinkers start to get rowdy in the pool. We were quite disappointed in the 1 bedroom unit. The starkly white lighting, dingy...

We stayed here as part of a time share presentation. The hotel was nice, the food was very good and the workers were great. They did their best to make your stay there wonderful. A few of the workers really stood out like Oscar our waiter, Adrian a great bartender, Rogelio our concierge and Francisco at the front desk. They...

This was a timeshare exchange for us and a big disappointment from other resorts where we usually are staying. This hotel is in a residential area so way out and away from everything has only a small restaurant so cost us lots of money on taxis just to eat someplace else. It is also noisy because the restaurant and pool...

We stayed here as part of a time share presentation. It was all inclusive for the this resort only, however you did get a 20% discount at the sister resorts that were located on the beach. (this resort is not on the beach) The rooms were clean and very well air conditioned. This is not a 4 star resort so...

Very quaint & quiet, and clean. Away from the other "busy resorts" but not too far from the action. Food was excellent as was the service. Adrian, our evening bartender always greeted us by name. A special thank you to Miguel for a romantic surf & turf dinner on our last night. Everyone made us feel welcome. Would definitely return.
