Hotel Margaritas is tradition, we have been in town over 23 years, all guests are part of a big family, when you visit us, you feel at home right away, our rates are low and accessible to almost any budget, rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. There is a project to built a pool pretty soon to complement our facility. Come and see us, you will be welcome, and we will be glad to serve you any time. Our GM, Rudy Creel will make you feel at home, !!!!!

The service is great, it's super clean and the staff is very helpful but it is very noisy so we hardly got any sleep. You hear everybody is coming home and entering their hotel room and we even had someone playing a flute 10:45pm!

we stayed here for two nights after we arrived in Cancun to start our trip. the taxi driver had som trouble finding the hotel since it actually is located in another, bigger hotel complex under a different name. rooms are big but the corridors are very confusing and the complex is far to big. would only recommend this hotel for a very short stay

CONS: No pool, there is a pool located at the facility but it belongs to the sister hotel which you have to pay a fee in order to use. The music by the pool is too loud and makes it hard to sleep at night. Also there is no soundproofing so you hear loud, drunk people walking past your room which also creates a sleep disturbance. There is no continental breakfast, so you will have to look for food at the nearest convenience store. There was only 1 TV channel I could find that played anything in English. I truly wish that they had not dubbed the American films in Spanish and instead had used subtitles so I could still be able to unwind at the end of the day and watch a film. The staff was nice and polite, however, their English is limited so it was hard to make a reservation when I had called them on the phone and sometimes needed to use Google translate in order to request things. They do not restock the toiletries and I had to ask them to do so because after 4 nights, 2 people can definitely use up a small bar of soap. The room had a kind of damp smell. The sheets were clean, yet had stains on them. No Mini Fridge - biggest gripe was not being able to buy snacks or water to keep cold in the room... and no ice room either. No kettle with tea and coffee. Just really minimal stuff here all around. And not the best area since it is considerably far from a beach and the streets at night are a little hard to navigate as they are really poorly paved and you really need to take a taxi or a shuttle bus to get anywhere. Lastly, I never saw an elevator, so if you have difficulty with stairs I would recommend asking in advance to book on the 1st floor. PROS: Staff was always polite. Room was always clean. 2 free bottles of water per day, but an extra charge if you want more. When I needed to print some vouchers for some tours that I was taking they were very polite in doing so. When I cut myself after I fell down on a tour they were very helpful in sending up someone to my room with a first aid kit so I could get some gauze and antiseptic. I really thought the people who worked here were all friendly and did not have one bad interaction with any staff member. If you do need to grab a quick bite to eat there is a restaurant about one block away that is really good, and there are also several OXXO convenience stores too. There is air conditioning and a bath tub (not just a shower). My room also came with a balcony, not that I used it. Price is affordable - not great for a romantic couples thing, but good for people on a budget who can live without amenities for a few days.

Tenga la seguridad de que tomaremos acciones para dar un mejor servicio. Mil Gracias,

This is a clean facility attached to a larger hotel. You can use the pool next door for a fee. The sound in the hallways travels loudly so rooms are not quiet. Front desk staff were courteous and we had no bad instances during a short stay.
