From the moment I arrived I knew I made the right choice friendly staff, spoke good English. I had a suite room with all the conveniences for my stay ie fridge , microwave and safe and all the other usual appliances. My room was cleaned daily and was spotless. Would definitely stay again
We stayed one night in this hotel before flying home. It is conveniently located for downtown restaurants and a huge Walmart is five minute walk away. The rooms are big and clean and there is a small pool in the garden. This is a perfect place to stay as long as you understand that this is not a 5* facility. Everyone at the hotel was super nice and we will definitely recommend this place for a short stay in Cancun.
Upon leaving the hotel, I discovered that I had forgotten passport and wallet in the safe. The staff had kept all intact and returned them to me. This is in keeping with their overall helpfulness. I would certainly go back if I visit Cancun again.
Lot of space in the room at this hotel and right at center of all amenities. Security was super nice to come knock at my door to tell me that my car interior lights were on. Just that the refrigerator was not enough to cool water for those hot days
Stayed here after a long flight from Manchester. Chose it has we had an early bus journey to Chichen Itza and it was a short taxi ride to the bus station. The room was large but soulless. The shower was fine. Not more than a 3* hotel. Had breakfast at a nearby shopping centre. Reception staff very helpful. Should have chosen a better hotel and had a longer taxi ride.
This is a very small hotel, only 18 rooms. Rooms are spacious and clean. Small, but more than adequate pool. Morning breakfast was very reasonably priced. Close to lots of good restaurants. Walmart, Chedraui, Starbucks, Burger King are all within walking distance. About 5 km, 100 Peso taxi ride, to ferry terminal to Ilsa Mujere. Internet was, free, and reasonably fast. Lots of Spanish channels to choose from on the satellite TV.
I stayed there one night, which was enough. The hotel is clean and the rooms are very big. The personal is nice and friendly. During the night, the music in the bar next to the pool was on until very late, so it was quite noisy. Do not forget to take earplugs!
When we landed at Cancun we stayed this hotel for a night. The electricity card wasn't working very well so the electricity stopped several times and stopped the air conditioner in the middle of the night. It's close to Walmart so it's good to do some shopping. Generally the hotel is clean but one night was enough
Very nice place to spend the night in the city, its only a 15-20 minute taxi ride from the airport (i recommend ordering an uber) Clean rooms and friendly staff. The pool and dining area is also very nice.
Anna at the front desk was so helpful and friendly. Rooms are very neat and large, the location is excellent! A walk to the ADO station and there are buses nearby to get you everywhere. And other reviews mentioned noise, I didn't experience any noise here. Great place to stay if on a budget.
