The hotel is near to the coast, but next to a road, simply to find. The lobby, the restaurant is nice, rooms are clean. Lighting is bad. Bed is big, comfortable. The bathroom is poor, shower is old, sewage is not flowing. There isn’t cup inside.
Although this is not an all inclusive resort hotel right on the water front, i found it to be quite relaxing and close enough for a nice walk to the beach. Staff is very friendly and helpful! The breakfast buffet was very satisfying.
We are very grateful for our stay at LaQuinta here in Cancun! We were especially helped by Jose Manuel, Daniel and Alberto and Frida! They helped my wife and me greatly!! We highly recommend this property and look forward to returning!
The cleanliness of the hall and elevators is terrible bad. Tthe service quality of the restaurant staff is poor. I have to look for the "host" to ask if I had to sign some ticket before leave. The sign of the tv is poor.
