Needed a place to rest our heads at night after 2 very long days of exploring the Cancun/Yucatan area. Great way to save money, has everything you may need and the staff were nice. Breakfast was also great and so was the lovely woman making it :) We stayed in the queen size capsule and our main complaint was that it was too hot for us. The staff working that night did their best to make sure everything was working correctly but it never got cooler for us. We had to sleep with our capsule door open just to get any sort of cold air to flow through. Other than the lack of temperature control, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others if you just need a place to lay your head!

As a solo traveler, this place was perfect for me. I felt safe at all times & never had an issue. If not mistaken, it’s a new hotel and their friendly staff maintains it clean & smelling fresh. Fresh towel daily, safe box in your own capsule, super quiet in dormitory area, water (natural or flavored) and coffee 24/7, nice outdoor patio or you can use the “office” upstairs for working/reading your book. The hostel is in a great location and I used their shuttle daily (cost is same as a taxi). I highly recommend it.

A lovely new capsule hotel, close to Cancún Airport. The staff were incredibly accommodating & friendly, always willing to assist when they can. The service & décor provided in the cosy lobby/entertainment area is exceptional for the hotel's daily room fee.
The hotel is also in a very safe (and new) plaza zone away from downtown Cancún, offering a cinema next door, along with a supermarket, dry cleaners, bank, and countless restaurants. It's in probably the safest/most well-equipped area of town outside of the pricey Hotel Zone.
The capsules themselves are amply-featured, pristinely clean, and very comfortable to rest, sleep, or work on the laptop with free Wi-Fi in.
Overall, probably the best/safest place to stay in Cancún outside the Hotel Zone if you need to briefly stay the night due to a delayed/missed flight, due to its proximity to the airport.

Only gave this a 3 star because of our experience but totally my fault. We are seniors and did not read info correctly, my bad! This "room" is the size of a queen bed. That's it. You climb in via a small door. So moral of story is if you have mobility issues stay away. My husband crawled out on hands and knees in the morning, lol. They give you a locker for luggage, you remove shoes before entering the "pod" area and are advised to be very quiet. Nice shower and bathroom area. Breakfast of eggs, waffles and ham is served in the morning. Yes if we had arrive much earlier we would have gone somewhere else, but than would not have had this hilarious experience! I think the staff felt bad for us, they were really nice though.

My stay at this hotel was a mix of high-tech innovation and a few hiccups. The pods were futuristic, offering comfortable beds with embedded miniature flat-screen TVs, and the space felt surprisingly spacious despite the pod design. The wristwatch entry system and card-activated lights added a fun, sci-fi touch. Housekeeping was lacking—there were dust particles around the pod, and the bathroom could’ve been cleaner.
Customer service was generally good, but I did encounter issues when I tried to address a problem. Someone entered my pod during the night, and I woke up to find unexplained breadcrumbs. I spoke with management and attempted to switch pods, but the sheets in my current pod became stained during our conversation. I requested a refund, but they initially resisted honoring it, which I found frustrating since I planned to check out. It took a lot of back-and-forth—nothing hostile, but a lengthy and unnecessary exchange—before they reluctantly agreed to my refund request.
On a positive note, the hotel is in a prime location, with a gym and movie theater on the same floor as a shopping center, plus a strip of restaurants just around the corner. While the hotel has great potential with its innovative features and location, the service issues and slow resolution process were a letdown.

This experience has been once in a lifetime. I came to Cancun alone and didn’t expect to have so much fun all thanks to this hotel staff. From the time I checked in to the time I checked out. EVERYONE in the hotel has been so pleasant. Special mentions to Juan (night auditor) who’s kept me company with his wonderful jokes & conversations every night when I couldn’t sleep and even brought me delicious food to try. I will miss you the very most! The manager Javier (who works day in and day out for this property) for going above & beyond to help me find a affordable yet FUN excursion. Don’t forget to ask about their $68 yacht tour recommendation - ALL drinks and food included for the entire day! Without Javier, my trip wouldnt have been this fun! Lucia and Adrian are super friendly housekeepers. And I also can’t forget Andrik (dedicated college student), Julio (a beautiful free spirit), and Juan (accommodating shuttle driver). You guys are a wonderful team! I wish each and everyone of you the best and thanks for showing me the awesomeness of Cancun :) I will never forget each and everyone of you!
The capsules and locker rooms are kept spotless clean. This is a very unique experience everyone should try once! They offer FREE breakfast every morning, coffee/water/tea available anytime. There is a cinema and a few spas in the area and also tons of good restaurants to try. And if you need airport transportation, they got it for a very cheap price! ($10 usd)
I’ve stayed at many hotels/resorts but this one had the BEST staff. I can tell this property is ran by owners who care about their employees. I had such a great time staying for 4 days. I hope to come back to Cancun one day and visit you guys again! See you hopefully in the near future :)

The rooms are perfect for one or two nights. The beds are comfortable and the staff was helpful. The location is terrible. We spent the night at the hotel to be close to the airport, but to go to the airport you have to go back to the centre of tulum (where the hotel area is), which means that the taxi was much more expensive. Also, the taxi service we were offered at the hotel was 350 mx. when we checked the price of an uber was 63 mx. The breakfast is not spectacular and there are no options.

Our stay here was amazing from the very first moment. The check-in was easy, smooth and super helpful. Once we arrived to our capsule we couldn’t believe how comfy the beds were, it was amazing. You also get huge locker to store your bags. As me and my partner are backpacking we also asked if it was possible to get another locker and the staff helped us out immediately. Annie, Juan and the team were unbelievably helpful - they even helped us plan our trip to Chichén-Itzá. All day everyday they never failed to have a smile on their face which really helps with the atmosphere. The facilities were amazing with the best shower I have had in a long time as well as the comfy beds. Every morning a delicious variety of breakfast was served, free coffee and water was available all day everyday. Downstairs from the hotel there is a good variety of restaurants to eat in the evening and a walmart very close by to buy essentials. We really loved our stay here and would return in a heartbeat! #TheYellowCapsule

Hi Karin, we are located at a Comercial/ Residential área 15 minutes from the beach, but we have transportation to the best beaches of the Hotel Zone after breakfast.
Also we are a good spot if you want to see many places as we have TOURINCLUSIVE rates, where you can go everyday to visit something diferent: tulum, cozumel, chichen, isla mujeres, all options leave from the hotel after breakfast for full day tours.
