Avoid this place like the plague or expect to get what you pay for. We stayed here for just 12 hours and even that was pure suffering. Check in was from a disinterested receptionist. All sorts of dodgy people staying here. Our room was opposite a room with locals that were having a party with maximum music volume - with the door fully open and things strewn all over the room. Directly across my room and visible from the peep hole. The noise ended at 3am and began again now as I type, at 0630. Screaming, shouting, banging on doors. I have stayed in MANY sorts of places and this is by far the worst - I have never given a one star review before. Not to mention, noise insulation was non-existent and you can hear every pebble rolling around in the main road outside along with the trucks and motorcycles etc. Hotel management not bothered, probably complicit with the activities themselves. And seeing as to how this is Mexico and I am a female traveller, I could hardly confront anyone myself for fear of some sort of retribution. I did not feel safe here at all. If I could add a video to this review of the things we experienced during our one night stay here, I would.

Have to agree with the majority of the reviewers, this is really a basic needs hotel. Beds are rock hard, very noisy, we were serenaded by barking dogs most of the night. Big party gong on 4 rooms from ours, I'm pretty sure the management was partying with then because it went on and on. It work for a one night stay though any more then that would probably not be healthy.

A friend and I stayed here for 4 nights this month, hotel is decent. Beds are typical Mexican hard beds, wifi was good in the lobby but was terrible in the room (we were only on the 1st floor). A/C barely cooled off the room even after messing around with the remote yet the lobby was an icebox. Overall a decent hotel, felt safe, seemed to be close to lots of things.

Everything works as advertised. This is just a functional hotel nothing fancy. Staff is responsive. We stayed for a night before heading to airport. There is an elevator. Its close to restaurants and grocery store and Cancun centro.

We arrived late at night and left very early in the morning for the airport. The front desk people was very attentive and polite. The location is very centric. The hotel has a restaurant which was very convenient to all of us. We will definitely go back.

The hotel is near the Ado bus terminal. About 10 minutes to walk. Reasonable price with 25$. The right place to recharge your batteries after or before a long bustrip. Nothing to stay there for vacation. There are hotels in cancun for the same price that are more suitable for that. The area is quite safe and with a room to the backside it is quiet enough to sleep. Just 10 minutes to walk to mercado 28.

Benefits: 10 minute walk from ADO bus but only during the day as it is a bit tricky to find. Download a street map before going. My room was right on Chichen Itza so traffic noise with window open. Air-conditioner had two settings- off or noisy and cold. Bathroom was very large with great counter space. Lot of new work- new paint and tile work, but done very sloppy. Bare pipes sticking out of the shower tile and knobs almost ready to fall off. Bed and pillow solid as concrete. Sheets were very clean, but bed cover was probably not. Small TV (12 inch?). No pool. No computers for checking email. Staff nice. I was only customer for dinner in restaurant....tablecloths all dirty with old food (from breakfast?) and no cutlery set out. Staff sitting around talking. Bar never opened that night. Bit pricey for the place, but Cancun is way over-priced so maybe $65 a night is considered a good deal. I was only there between flights so it was ok. I'd never return.

This isla the first time I visit Cancun. Firstable I didn't knew where to stay at. Some coworkers recommend me this hotel. It's well located, near important avenues such as Tulum and Bonampak Av. Also the America's mall!! The crew is awesome! Everybody is so kind and nice, they always have a smile on their faces. The food is delicious! I think they're right when they said that is our home far Home! Thank you!!!

Near the bus station there are lots of budget hotels but of all the ones I know this is the best, the cleanest and the best well kept one. Nothing extra but all the basics you need for a few nights. Ask for the rooms in the back if you don't want the sound of the street below. My brother and his 2 daughters stayed here. Personel are friendly and helpful. It is next to the 23rd Market where you can have budget breakfast or lunch or buy what needed for picns and such. It is not a posh part of town but it is safe. Bus that run to the hotel zone are fairly near by, 5 min walk, once you figure out a good route. My brfother liked walking through the neighborhood.
