Basic hotel in center of Cancun. Location is fine, close to ADO bus terminal (10 min walk) supermarket and various restaurants, area feels safe also at night. It offers clean rooms, beds are OK, bathroom is outdated and warm water in shower is very rare. Airconditioning in most rooms is old and very noisy. Did stay in 2 different rooms...

Stayed one night as part of On the Go/Toucan pre-tour accommodation. Rooms are horrible, aircon worked but was like having a lawnmower in the room. Sheets stained, bathroom mouldy and in-room safe didn't work. Area was very seedy, I did not feel safe or comfortable at all. Club next door thumped music 24/7, windows vibrated the whole time. There does...

The air con sounds like a jack hammer & because of the vibrations the front casing fell off. It is filthy in there, who knows what disease you will end up with. Closed curtains at night, they are grimy and filthy. Bathroom smells of bleach. Big fluffy towels though... And comfy bed.

Secure. Air conditioning isn't effective at all however. Also, it can be loud if there are events in the square. Unless you're a light sleeper, it is okay. The breakfasts are very limited - if you have a big morning, go get some snacks from the Oxo. Rooms are clean, but the poor air-con and breakfasts lead to the above...

Stayed last night of our tour here and although can't speak Spanish when we asked to change rooms certainly understood their comments to each other. New room was just as bad mould all over walls, floor and roof of shower and bathroom, bed coverings and curtains hadn't been washed in decades. Curtains don't cover windows so all can look in....

After a disappointing first night in another hotel in Cancun, a local travel person recommended this family run hotel. It is just off Tulum Avenue in downtown Cancun. Room was clean and comfortable and staff were very accommodating. Price was reasonable for a triple and they offer a free breakfast in the restaurant. The ADO bus terminal is only a...

I say average compared to the 2 to 3 star accommodation we have been staying in for the past 2 weeks as our Tucan travel group works its way through Mexico and onwards. At this price level it was below normal standard. The included breakfast is poor. There was a party or night club nearby that we could hear until...

Stayed here on the 11/12th of September 2015. Staff are absolutely wonderful here and put up with me and my partner having dinner running past the restaurant closing time. They also went out of their way to book a day excursion for us the following day late in the evening (9pm) after we made up our minds to go to...

Stayed at this hotel for the first 2 nights of my Tucan Mexico Tour. Air condition was hardly working - the room was hot. The bed was hard and bed linens were old/torn. The shower was poor and was riddled with limescale. The breakfast selection was quite basic. Cereal, instant coffee and a few stale bread items. There were a...

We stayed here on the first night of a Tucan tour and it was exactly what I didn't want after an 11 hour flight. It's in a really seedy part of Cancun, miles from the beach.Although it was clean and the staff were friendly, the room was very basic and the bathroom had seen better days. The complimentary breakfast was horrible, orange squash, cheap nasty...
