What you pay is what you get. Basic room with toiletries except for dental kit plus hot & cold water. I appreciate that they have water dispenser. The location is really great. Bus stops just right outside the hotel. ADO bus terminal is walking distance. There are many food shops around, supermarkets & convenience stores. Souvenirs shops nearby are even...

this hotel is very inexpensive @ $20 a night, yet rooms are good size, very clean. Across the street from the major bus terminal, making it easy for a backpacker like me to walk across the street to go to other places beyond. Also easy to grab the shuttle to beaches at $1.

It is a shame that some reviews have not been able to appreciate the majesty of this little hotel. Per night we paid $30 USD for a double room to sleep four and for that we got a big TV, A/C, hot water in the bathroom, a pool and the cafe downstairs for breakfast so you don't have to leave...

The room was tidy and close to the bus station for my early flight. There was a few dead bugs in the bathroom but nothing to worry about and that we wouldn't have at home. Shower was clean and pressure was ok, air conditioner also work. You get what you pay for at Parador and that was exactly what I...

Convenience, price and breakfast are the best things about this hotel. This place was ok and badly in need of an update. The water in the sink in the first room didn't work, the second room was better but this is very low budget and for short term. The staff was friendly.

This hotel is in the center of downtown. It is close to many of the restaurants you will find in various guide books. It is a 10 - 20 minute local bus ride to all the beaches along the hotel zone. The swimming pool is very sunny all afternoon.

I went in this place in january 2016 with friends and we found: dirty rooms, insects on beds, hair in the showers, unkind staff, air conditioning that didn't work and poor breakfast..I think it is the worst hotel I have ever seen in my life!

It's very simple, the worst hotel I ever seen in my all life. Cleanliness, absolutely absent, and is not eufemistic...tons of hair in the shower,in the bed,in the sink...hard to find a spot without hair and dust...The gem was chewing gum in the shower. AC is of the Maya's age, absolutely useless. The hotel'staff CAN'T help you with no topic..they do...

We came to this hotel in family, based on comments it sounded ok... We booked 4 rooms for 13 people. There where 2 rooms replaced because the was no A/C in one and the other no outlets. Our room was licking all pipes the whole time, we asked to fix it and never happened, also they kept putting only 1...
