This place has it all. Manicured beachfront, staff at your beck and call, clean as a whistle, modern and clean lines, over-the-top service. You get what you pay for. Even the locals know that Le Blanc is a top-tier resort. The food was very good. One day the staff by the pool grilled fresh seafood for lunch. I can go on and on. Book it...you won't be disappointed. My only heads up is that when you get there, the staff will try to offer you a timeshare/ownership seminar (for reimbursement of course). I knew that ahead of time and politely told them that I was not interested and that was the end of the "hard sell."

Our first time here after several visits to Cancun, Riviera Maya. This is a special resort that is hard to point out just a few special qualities. Service and attention to every detail. My example is this: they watch so carefully that the team anticipated what you need/want. If you get a drink from the bar by the pool, someone with a smile will offer to carry it for you. Food: Don't think all inclusive, think anniversary dinner for every experience. I am stunned how they can out do their competitors. I will say again, they seem to have invented it. I realize I'm a positive person, however I am not over doing it. They provide a consistent experience, it is too hard to just point out a few, but I will try. YAMA Sushi, don't pace on this restaurant. The manager to each tam member. K'akau: coffee shop with the most perfect crepes and delicacies. Entertainment: I am in this business and go on vacation to usually escape. But I enjoyed every artist I listened to. The Mariachi band, the jazz duo in the lobby. Management: I didn't even see you or wasn't aware you were there. Clearly you manage correctly by instilling a true pride in your team. You should take the final bow!! So a sincere thank you to all.

We absolutely loved our stay at Le Blanc! Staffs and butlers are super kind and friendly, make you feel like you are well taken care of all the time. All the restaurants were top notch, we especially loved Italian and French cuisine. We do not usually go for dessert but all the sweets were super fine too! Thank you Jeha and everyone who helped to assist us. We will come back!

Our stay began with all the prep work that Valentina Peraza Lope did to ensure our stay would be enjoyable. Everything was great. The restaurants were excellent, especially the French and Italian restaurants. The fitness classes were excellent, especially the aqua spin classes. Our butler was very helpful and helped resolve our issue with the shower. The spa was incredible and our massages and facials were great. I can't wait to return

Our stay at Le Blanc was absolutely amazing. The hospitality was very pleasant. The entire resort was very luxurious and clean. Room service 24 hours. The restaurant cuisines was very delicious to our taste buds. The spa amenities and services were top notch. All inclusive, adults only, you have your own butler 24 hours a day to provide any and every request your heart desires. The entire staff was very nice and pleasant. I definitely recommend LeBlanc Resort and Spa you will not be disappointed. We loved it and can’t wait to visit again

My wife and I just returned from a 5 day vacation at Le Blanc and all I can day is that it was absolutely perfect. The food, the staff, the service, the location, the hotel...my word the hotel. It was absolutely incredible. I cannot thank the staff enough for everything they did for us during our stay. I don't even know where to begin when it comes to our room and the service we had from the butler (thank you Santiago!). We never had a want or a need. We were hesitant to ask for things as we didn't want to feel we were asking for too much...but we didn't need to. Help and service was alwasy at hand. We had champagne waiting for us, the most amazing turndown service, wine...chocolate...notes...rose petals. Divine!! And the food...WOW. Everything was first class. Even the gym and the classes were excellent (take TRX and paddleboard yoga!!!) Oh, and the pool side Fish Market was one of the best eating experiences of my life. So much fresh fish and SO delicious!! And that sashimi!!! If you're hesitating on booking, take the leap. You will not be disappointed. It's an exceptional hotel with the best 5 star service I have every had. We will be back. And we cannot wait!

This is our sixth family holiday to this wonderful hotel. The pandemic prevented us fulfilling our bookings in 2020 and 2021. There have been a few changes since our last visit, but that's only to be expected. The choice of food is extensive, the quality and presentation is profound. It is very difficult to put into words, how eating in any of the restaurants makes you feel. It's not so much a quality meal, but a quality experience wrapped around food. The room was very comfortable and kept spotlessly clean, snacks and drinks were replenished: the butler service was first rate. Anything you spoke to them about was sorted out, with a fuss. The pool is fabulously clean, as is the beach, the provision of drinks served, the waiting service for drinks, food etc is faultless. We spoke to Marseille (Head Butler) several times during our stay and she was the ultimate professional, sorting out our transport to and from the airport and politely inquiring how our meals were? She made us feel like family, rather than guests. However, this trait is projected from every member of staff: from the people behind the bar, the cleaning staff, to all those who work in the four restaurants. It's something which is instilled in everyone from the Hotel Manager, Janai Valdez Garcia. We consider it our home from home, because that is how we are made to feel. One little gripe is that my wife's "well done" steaks often took a couple of returns to get right. Mine were always perfectly cooked. A few names who were most brilliant, our butler Saul, Christian (Yama) Laura and Jeanette (Pool), Manuel (Breakfast Waiter) and the manager from the Terraza and his staff. Would we return here to this fantastic place and experience the opulence that le Blanc gives. I think you can guess the answer to that!!!!!!!

I wanted to write and provide some feedback on our recent stay at Le Blanc. Instead of getting the General Manager or Assistant General Manager card, they forwarded me to the Customer Service Manager. At a five star property, you usually get to deal with a real decision maker. We were excited to try the property based on feedback we have read and seen over the years. I am a hotel developer in the region (Playa and Tulum) so I understand the hospitality business quite well. The check in process was not bad until you get handed off to your vacation planner which is really someone that is trying to figure out of you are a good candidate for the vacation club product. Since we are clearly not because we already have so many other benefits as hotel owners, we were basically pushed along and as we figured out from other guests, treated as a second class guest. The front desk knew it was out anniversary and there was zero acknowledgement of that the entire trip while we saw other guests being brought bottles of champagne, chocolates, rose petals, ect all around us. Everyone around us were talking about credits they could use for excursions, the spa and other stuff but we didn’t know a thing about it. In general, the restaurant reservation process was ridiculous. We were told there were only 8pm and 9pm reservations available. When we showed up all the restaurants were completely empty with only about 25% of the total tables in use. Why make it such a painful and inconvenient process to schedule these reservations? It leaves a bad taste in your mouth. While I understand the need to dress elegant, having multiple restaurants that require long pants in Cancun in the summer is not a good idea. I see people wearing running/walking shoes in with long pants but you can’t wear a nice pair of dress shorts, a button down shirt and nice loafers. That is just stupid. It is also odd having such a fancy French restaurant that has to share a bathroom with the pool and people in swimwear that is not air conditioned. In the Italian restaurant that was only 25% full, we stood at the host stand for 7 minutes with nobody coming to seat us so we sat ourselves. Then 10 minutes later after nobody came to and we saw others being seated and brought menus we asked if we should move because we felt we were being ignored. Manuel did a good job to recover and deliver the best he could but it was just run poorly overall. Finally, charging $4.00 extra for truffle is not a good look for a premium property. Not having the healthy restaurant option open was disappointing. All the waitress said was that she didn’t know why they closed it. That was one of the reasons that we selected the property. If you are asking about food allergies at check in AND at every restaurant when checking in with the host, then you would think they would be careful about not serving it. There were 2 instances when they delivered food containing shellfish despite my wife having an allergy to it. One time she ate it and had issues. The other time she was able to identify it and return it before eating. There needs to be a significant improvement of the wine offering. Personally, I like pinot grigio and you didn’t have a bottle of it anywhere on property the entire time we were there. I was pushed to something similar but it was a totally different varietal and not really something I like. Additionally, every wine I chose first and second at each dinner was not available. There was no chianti at all in the Italian restaurant. Overall, offering such a diverse list of upchargable wines seems petter and a money grab. It would be much better to offer fewer options (and have them available) and make them included instead of trying to make $10-$30 a bottle at a premium all inclusive when you are paying ~$1,000/night. While the butlers were a nice touch, they really didn’t do anything more than what should have been completed by a regular staff member (making sure we had enough water, toiletries, ect). The least they could have done is ask when you would like your housekeeping service instead of having them come every day at 10am and then turning them away to come back after we leave for the day. Having a premium lounge or something similar to the other all inclusive properties was a lot more valuable. They hydro spa session was a nice feature but felt a little rushed with 5 mins here and 5 mins there. Additionally, the jacuzzi in the woman’s spa didn’t work. We were sold into an upgrade because it was the “honeymoon suite” on the ocean side. While the view was nice, that was just about the only difference and definitely not worth the additional cost of $150/night. When you are referencing a honeymoon suite, you expect something much different from the other rooms. When we were leaving, the sales lady asked if everything was perfect and if we wanted to re-book. We stated no and there were issues including the lack of pinot grigio. Her response was that she knew the “Le Blanc Cabo would have it for us and that it was a not better property”. Not the response I would expect. The bottom line is that if you are going to charge premium rates of more than double other competitive properties then there are high expectations that go along with that. We did not feel as though the experience was even as good as the local all inclusive competitive set that we have stayed at like Live Aqua, Secrets, ect. When I spoke with the Customer Service Manager, she offered to "upgrade us" if we came again. No thank you! It wasn't a few service errors. It was complete mismanagement. There was just nothing special about the entire stay and there was never an apology for any of these issues that we ran into. I was really hoping to like the property because we visit hotels/resorts in Cancun and Cabo 12-14 times a year.

On our recent trip (Sept 7, 2022 - Sept 14, 2022), the resort was consistent with the over 5-star rating we know it to be. I have been a huge fan since my 1st trip in 2006. My husband and I have been members since 2011; we call it our “2nd home.” We had an exceptional concierge, Ingrid, who made our visit even more special and relaxing! The all-inclusive boutique resort is rich in service, accommodations, friendliness, and professionalism always met with “it’s my pleasure”. The food & service at the restaurants are outstanding. Blanc has the best buffets is our mainstay for both breakfast and lunch. Blanc also is a super place for dinner; the steaks are mouth-watering. Bella has been one of our favorites for dinner. A special thanks to Chef Alvaro, Geronimo and Paschel on this visit. The first dinner at Yama was so wonderful that we choose it again for our last evening. Our server Carlos upon learning it was our last night spoke to Chef Fredy who created a special menu just for us! This fabulous memory is due to the entire Yama team (Manager Renan, Host Daniel, Chef Fredy, Server Carlos, Assistants Eva, Mercedes and Fernando). We enjoy the spa treatments and salon services. The pool is our daytime activity (under the umbrella) with outstanding service. The Palace Foundation participates in the Sea Turtle Conservation Program. Ask about the heart-warming experience to join in the release of the newly hatched baby sea turtles into the ocean! We are planning our next visit!

Having been members of the Palace Resort family, we are used to havin g quality service when we stay at their facilities. However, this was our first time to be at Le Blanc and it was over the top in quality and customer care. From the greeting at the airport to the personal walk through of our room to ensure we understood how everything worked to the butlers who are always looking for ways to make your time most enjoyable, we were overwhelmed by the service. Even on a rainy day from the rain of hurricane IAN the staff where caring waiting with dry towels to assist scrambling guests headed into dry surroundings.My wife and I enjoyed sitting under cover reading and listening to the rain as we passed the time and watched the staff care for the guests. Now, the sun is back out and people are returning to the pool. Life is getting back to wonderful and the service continues to be excellent! It was my wife’s and my 50th anniversary and the year we are turning 70. To celebrate this, we returned to our room and found balloons and a wonderful candy piñata in our room to help us celebrate! My specialty coffee was delivered to my room at 7:00 each morning, and all the food was of the best quality and presentation. Our trip to Le Blanc was truly excelence in a very personal way.
