Background This is the 2nd time stay, first time was in 2016. I am an owner of Le Blanc. I also stayed at le blanc Cabo in 2019. Service Still top notch. I rate them a 10. Drinks They are very eager and happy to serve you whatever you want to drink. I rate them a 10 Food It’s hit or miss and inconsistent.I will say only 50% of the time the food is good. They also have inconsistent about food quality, I had a great hanger steak, 2nd and third time I ordered (from different days) they were either undercooked or overcooked. They also don’t use the best quality of seafood, the mussels and octopus offered in various restaurants were the frozen kind and didn’t taste good. One night my husband ordered fish of the day in the Italian restaurant, the food was cooked perfectly however the fish wasn’t fresh and had a strong fishy smell and wasn’t eatable. I rate them a 5. The spas Service and facility was good however the quality of massages have changed. I remember in 2016 I had an exit survey about the treatment that I just received. That went away and the masseuses didn’t communicate to check if the pressure was to my liking. Even after I told them I like stronger pressure, they switched to stronger pressure for 3 mins then back to feel like they were touching instead of massaging me. I rate them a 3 for non owner who do no have resort credits. For us the owners who have credit, it’s still only a 5. Overall maintenance and cleanliness I give them 6.5 out of 10. Generally speaking things are clean but I still wouldn’t use the jacuzzi tub in my room because they don’t look clean. All in all, I will only use my free week to come back. I don’t think I will come back here if I have to pay out of my pocket. I am sure Cancun has newer properties around that can be a better value.

Hotel's Favorite
The Le Blanc Spa Resort in Cancun has always been great, but since their recent renovations it is beyond that. This was our third trip to Le Blanc and we were blown away by what they have done. The service at all of the restaurants was super and all of the staff went out of their way to ensure we were always taken care of. The Spa, pools, bars and lobby were all upgraded to fantastic. If you are looking for a resort to relax and feel pampered Le Blanc is the place to go!

The Le Blanc Spa Resort is amazing! I just hosted a wellness retreat for 20 women, and we were beyond impressed with every aspect of the weekend. The event planning staff – Enrique + Montse were outstanding… Marco + Edwardo + Erik and the rest of the team made us all feel like VIPs, helping us fully relax and enjoy ourselves. The food is delicious – poolside tacos, guac and more are outstanding, and we loved that we could get Italian, Asian, French, and Steak for dinner! The coffee shop is open bright and early, and the pool + beach were the perfect place to enjoy 80-degree weather in January. Thanks, LeBlanc, for exceeding my guests’ expectations. We’ll be back!

My wife and I stayed at Le Blanc for 7 nights and from the first moment we set foot in the lobby it felt like we were being welcomed into the Le Blanc family. Overall, we had an absolutely incredible and luxurious experience, and it is the first time that we both said we would like to go back to a resort. The staff and the level of service and attention to detail they provided was exceptional. The food was delicious, and I wish that I had stayed another couple of weeks to eat my way through the remainder of the menu options. When we first stepped into the lobby, I was quite impressed by the lobby scent, the architecture of the space, and the beautiful and welcoming interior design. Then before I knew it, we were greeted with welcome drinks and sat to check-in. The experience was seamless, and we were provided with our wrist band room keys and guided to the elevators to our room. I was skeptical about having the small room key tag in the wrist band, but it was super convenient, and I wouldn't want it any other way. Upon reaching our floor we were greeted by our butler Eduardo. He walked us to our room and explained numerous things about the resort and what it has to offer, he also walked us through the pillow menu, aroma therapy options, handcrafted soap options (all of which are definite musts!). Our luggage was delivered, and he offered to press and few items for us. He also made all our dinner reservations across the various restaurants. During our stay he and alternate Rodrigo were incredible! They were kind and courteous and were actually butlers, making reservations, planning activities, and taking care of details for us (such as arranging our transport and taking care of our luggage so we could maximize our time on our last day). Thank you to you both. We spent most of our time outside on the mezzanine level between the pool and the beach because of it's proximity to both. I like the beach and playing in the waves and my wife likes the pool and the swim up bar. Carlos at the pool concierge would help me daily reserving our spots and Mayra and Luciana would come by and take care of our every need from food and drinks. My favorite drink was the mamba rumba. All the food options by the pool were outstanding! The truffle grilled cheese, Le Blanc Burger, various tacos, chips and guac, the daily churro stand, the ice cream bar, and the butler service at 3pm. They also put on a poolside grill one day with freshly grilled fish, salad options, and other fun grilled food. All of it was spectacular. My wife lost her Kindle one day after realizing she spent was late for a spa appointment, and it was found and retrieved by Luciana. Thank you! I cannot say enough good things about the food. We would start our day with breakfast at Terraza, Tonathiu was our server every morning, and was incredibly gracious. Each menu item is spectacular. I would have freshly squeezed orange juice, a cup or two of their excellent coffee, a marquista brioche, or other small party, and a breakfast main. My wife would do the green juice, coffee, granola and fruit, and a breakfast main. This was our favorite spot to eat, starting the day with excellent food and service, and the beautiful view of the sun rising over the Caribbean sea and waking up the azure blue waters. On our last day Tonathiu brought us the Chef's special brioche french toast. It was the one of the last items had yet to try, and I didn't order it as I repeat the racheros. It was SO good. I am wishing I knew how to make it. When we go back I will probably try to get into the kitchen to see how it's made. We also had two amazing dinners here and highly recommend sharing the duck!. We were able to watch an incredible thunderstorm roll in from our seats. It was show itself watching the lightning crisscross and light up the sky, and listening to the roaring thunder as we were enjoying our meal. Kakau, the little café, quickly became another go to spot. I wish I had a cafe of that caliber here. The hazelnut lattes are amazing, and better than any I have tried in Toronto. They have hand crafted and painted chocolates available which look stunning and taste equally as great. I would sometimes get a freshly made crepe while my wife was in the spa. Lumiere, which is the French restaurant was fantastic. The service is well orchestrated so my wife and I and our friends were all served each course at the same moment. We were lucky enough to be given a bottle of Moet as well, as it was our last night. I could have sat at that table and eaten nothing but the brioche bread, it was so good. Each course was delectable. Each plate was beautifully presented. It is clear meticulous attention to detail is paid to each plate. My biggest regret was forgetting to take pictures of each course, because we were enjoying the meal so much. Bella, the Italian restaurant is excellent. Service was top notch, and the food was again, excellent. We really enjoyed our meal here, the pasta was delicious, the chicken parmesan was scrumptious, and the tomato and cream soup was rich and velvety smooth. The table side tiramisu was a great touch, and the mascarpone was superb. Yama, the sushi, and Asian inspired restaurant was great. The quality of the fish was excellent, and the variety of sushi was quite impressive as well. My eyes were a little bigger than my stomach and felt like I rolled out of this restaurant after our meal. The daily activities were great and just enough to make it feel as though you worked off last night's dinner. The morning paddleboard yoga was one of my favorites, taking place in the main pool and literally watching the sun rise above the horizon. My wife particularly enjoyed the aquatic spin class. Paola was the instructor for both and was fun and brought lots of energy to both classes. Valeria headed up the daily arts and craft activities and evening entertainment. All of which were exceptional. Most of the entertainment took place in Cavo, with some of the larger events taking place in the ballroom. All the performers and shows were stunning, each one was excellent and well timed. The spa services were excellent and luxurious. We both enjoyed the daily hydrotherapy service. It was a nice way to rejuvenate from a day outside in the sun and before getting ready for dinner. The steam room has some serious power. I did feel like a freshly boiler lobster coming out of it, but coupled with a few minutes in the cold plunge pool was a lot of fun. I am running out of superlative adjectives to use in my review because we had such an incredible experience. If you are looking for a luxurious all-inclusive experience in Cancun, with exceptional service and food, stay at Le Blanc!

My husband and I spent a fantastic week in January 2022. Our butlers Juan and Ramon were second to none. At Blank for breakfast our waiter, Fernando who had only been there for 10 months was wonderful. Our cabana beach service guys, Rafeal (remembered us from when he worked on the yacht), Jesus and Jair were really good. We loved listening to "The Cash duo". Our diamond dinner waiter, Carlos was professional, very pleasant and did an awesome job! We loved the lobster and steak! At Yama which we ate at 3x during the week: Edgar Delgado our waiter was great and the amanger, Arturo does a fantastic job! Cinthia and Viviana were the two ladies who were our spa therapists. They were phenonmenal! Our diamond concierge, Rogelio Garcia Valdez takes great care of us. We are so happy with their service that we are going back in February. This resort and their staff is definitely one of our favorites! Thank you for making our week in paradise so relaxing!
