Everyone was very welcoming from the front desk to the room service at the end of the night and attentive to our family and didn’t make anything harder then it should be especially in a vacation. employees like Sophia with organizations with the activities and getting people together while playing in the activities, Tadeo making sure Everyone having fun while also playing with us. And also Uriel giving us a ones in a life time experience with an air boat ride while also being a good host talking to us and telling some places that’s has good food and spa spots for the family to experience and since we’re talking about food oscar had on a mask but could always see a smile when serving us food and while eating our food gonzalo was serving us drinks and cleaning up our table with a smile and not bothering us every second if we needed anything. Antonia and sindy have been cleaning our rooms and have made us feel safe during this pandemic because of how the rooms are cleaned and also taking whatever trash and mess their was in the room.

A quiet and lovely resort to relax at and enjoy the warm weather. Our morning yoga session with Gabi was great overlooking the lagoon. After our dinners at the resort or at the various sister resorts we listened to a singer in the bar area. The food was excellent, the staff was friendly and the weather was perfect. I was up early working to prepare for classes for the winter semester and found that room service did not always answer or did not come when you ordered something early morning. Our frig was not always filled so didn't always have water. The internet was excellent.

I really liked the ambience and design of the resort. They also allow the guest to use their sister resorts and provide both shuttle and boat service free of charge. The amenities' are fantastic with a great pool area and multiple restaurants. The food was delicious and the nightly entertainment was great. The only possible issue was they sometimes forgot to resupply the Toilet paper and face cloths. But the front desk corrected the slight problem. The rooms have a small kitchenet and as we have been in Cancun previously we opted out of the inclusive package so we could take advantage of some of the great places to eat outside of the resort location. We did eat a couple of times at the resort and the food was very good also. We look forward to staying here again in the future.
