We spent four nights here at the end of November 2019 and the night before we flew back to the US, December 5. This is the perfect hotel for a Cancún vacation! Reasonably-priced and absolutely beautiful! Our room was comfortable and attractive, gleaming white, with two chairs on the balcony where we sat a couple of the evenings we were there. It had many white buildings scattered on a green lawn with rooms in each one, and a room on the ground floor open to the air with chairs, a television set, and bookshelves with many books, an inviting place to hang out with your friends! The wide, white sandy beach started at the end of the lawn, the water very inviting. Breakfast was free, with a wide choice. We ate several times at the restaurant on the beach, Kin Ha, also open to the fresh air, with a traditional thatched roof. The menu had a wide range of delicious and interesting dishes. It was somewhat expensive, but it's what you would expect at a tropical paradise! We could see the lights of Isla Mujeres from the restaurant, the island was much larger than I would have thought. My daughter enjoyed swimming in the pool every evening after spending time on the beach. There was a flag changed every day to indicate the safety of swimming in the sea that day: it was yellow every day but one, when it was red, but there were always people swimming and it didn't look dangerous to me. The staff was friendly and helpful, the hotel conveniently located. Our last afternoon we saw that they had put up a Christmas tree and wreaths which were very festive. We would definitely stay here every time we went to Cancún!

My husband and I stayed at the Beachscapre for 8 days in january We were impressed with the well manicured grounds and landscaping. We stayed in room 4117 which is a lovely one bedroom suite with upgraded appliances that has a partial ocean view and large patio . The beautiful beach has shallow clear water and white sand dotted with palm trees and beach loungers. We ate at the palapa restaurant and thought the lunch menu was reasonably priced and delicious. The fish options were especially good. The dinner menu was a disappointment with a more limited menu . The staff were very friendly and Geraldine at the front desk was especially helpful. The hotel is spotless! The beach was seaweed free until the winds shifted to the north and then was piled up. Overall pleasant stay

Where do I start?! The price for what you get here and the location is incredible. The one bedroom suite we’ve got for a family is huge and everything is in working order and perfectly clean! We were worried it would be too small but there are two double beds and we requested a crib for our baby, huge bedroom, crazy size living space, kitchen and two outdoor balconies with amazing views 😍 It’s self catering so great if you have a family but you also have the option of adding breakfast for the best of both worlds! Beachscape is located on the beach that’s been voted the best in Cancun and I can see why. We’ve travelled all over the world and the sand is as white as Whitehaven in Australia with no litter or bits of plastic and the water is the clearest we’ve seen! It’s perfect for families due to the calm and shallow water....lots of people have told us that other parts of Cancun the sea is rough and dangerous for swimming even for adults! The hotel has their own cabanas with sun beds that are free for guests and I’ve seen staff monitoring for litter picking up even the tiniest of debris. They also have round the clock security watching the section of beach outside the hotel. It makes you feel very safe! They have football goals and a volleyball net for extra family fun and water sports can be found up and down the beach. Watch that sun though, it’s so strong here! If you forget something like cream or you need to buy things like hats and cover ups as well as many other things, they have a gift shop full of things, including snacks and water at the front of the hotel. It’s also not overpriced! The pool is so clean, again probably one of the cleanest we’ve seen and there are always beds available. There is a nice shallow baby pool and showers in between the beach and pool if you want to swap and change. The food is so good, cheap and portions are generous, the restaurants very clean and the staff are just amazing. Russel in particular at the beach bar is a credit to the hotel. Everyone can’t do enough for you. The beach bar is the best place to chill or enjoy dinner....the views are amazing and it’s the best place to watch sunset. Get the burger 🍔 the fish looked incredible to! The covid precautions here are on point. They’ve removed things like in rooms menus from the rooms so that people aren’t handling things and you can access these digitally now. There are signs everywhere helping you to know what to do in certain areas, like where to wear masks and social distance and someone squeezes hand sanitizer into your hands on entry into the hotel and restaurants. All the staff wear masks constantly. Don’t want to leave and can’t wait to come back 😭
