My wife and I had just stayed one week at an all inclusive resort at playa del carmen. We spent our last night at Beachscape to be closer to the airport. To our surprise, we liked Beacscape much more. The beach was beautiful, the grounds very well kept, and the room much nicer. The property is in excellent condition. Next time we will save money and stay at Beacscape for a week and skip the the all inclusive. Also, free parking was a big plus.
This was a pleasant surprise and difficult to fault. Excellent mid-range option. Highly recommend. From the moment of arrival, I was greeted warmly. All staff that I encountered from reception to concierge and house keeping were very sweet, friendly and helpful. Customer service is very good and I am always a big fan of good customer service. The grounds are huge and very clean. Well looked after especially at the time of the COVID-19 pandemic. The beach area is also beautiful and clean as are the rooms. Cleaning service was excellent. Rooms were bright, spacious and big. There are full kitchen facilities including a microwave and fridge which is useful for families or those with dietary restrictions. I ate out all the time. My breakfast was not included so I can't comment on the food. They also have room service (not 24 hours). Air con, safe, iron, TV with English channels and two free bottles of water each day. I had been travelling in Mexico a while and the hot water was appreciated! As per most toilets in South and Central America, don't throw toilet paper or anything else down it as they will block easily. Wifi was generally fine. Mexico isn't the best with wifi access but here it was quite good most of the time and in comparison to other places. The hotel has a shop, swimming pool and various other ammenities. Staff will always help with a taxi or anything else you may need. Very pleasant. My only small negative and this is being picky were the pillows. I have found this in all hotels I have stayed in throughout Mexico is that they are very soft. I prefer a hard one but that is a preference. Location wise you are right in the middle of the hotel zone with a supermarket, restaurants, cafes and shopping within walking distance as well as a bus stop outside. The property is very secure. I had a long flight and asked for a late check out at 14:00 which the hotel kindly agreed to without extra charge. If like me you travel a lot, are out most of the time and want a clean, secure and central location with good ammenities and friendly staff to come back to then this is perfect. If you want something luxurious, then go somewhere else. Cancún is not the cheapest and this is a very good option! I would stay again. Highly recommend. …
Very nice surprise during this pandemic. Every hotel employee is so friendly, amazing beach. Hotel restaurant was good, you if want you can walk to a lot of others restaurants and grocery store. Great location.

I stayed at The Beachscape for 5 days in a one-bedroom suite with a living room complete with a dining table and kitchen; there was a lot of space in the room with a balcony off the living room, excellent for a big family (6). This was a nice hotel that is on the beach in the Hotel Zone. The pool always CLEAN and the Beach was SO GREAT!! No seaweed it almost felt like a pool. The beach is ideal for seniors and kids!!! Nice for snorkeling. Location is the best at Cancun area. You can catch a bus or walk to tons of shops, restaurants or bars.
