Please don’t waste your time staying here. The place is the absolute pits. Although the room was clean - the mattress was filthy and the blankets had holes in - the bed sheets also didn’t fit the beds properly. It’s quite possibly the worst place I’ve ever stayed at. I’ve paid for 5 of us to stay here - but everyday I have to ask for - 3 extra towels (only 2 left in the room by housekeeping) - 3 extra bottles of water (only 2 left in the room by housekeeping Tea - which is available but never put out - have to ask constantly (apart from once when one of the decent waiters saw us and asked us if we wanted it) couple of times we asked and we didn’t get it. Excursions - asked for a breakfast box to be put together - only to be told that you can only have one if you leave before 6am - wtf - I’m leaving at 6.30am - I’m not going to come down at 6 to eat - had to kick up a fuss before they agreed to have one ready. Restaurants - they are empty but still won’t take walk ins! As for the food - it’s disgusting - probably the first time ive lost weight on an all inclusive holiday - nothing decent - bland watery tasteless food - AND don’t even bother if you have any dietary requirements and or allergies - Mostly pork or beef available - The same fork used for mixing eggs and getting cheese (for use on the omelettes) - The same stewed food put out constantly - Nothing is labelled so you can’t even make an informed choice The drinks are really watery and watered down - finally a waiter got things right for us with a proper margarita and even a bottle of chilli sauce - unfortunately they don’t all have the same attitude. They also don’t label things or have a menu with what is available - so most of the time when we’ve asked for a drink they didn’t have it eg - I asked for a mojito and they don’t do them! The place seems more a place for Mexicans - which is fine but then it shouldn’t be marketed as resort to British / western holidaymakers imo - it was sold to me as something that was buzzing and good for kids with a water park - it was also sold as a 4 star - I would put it a 2 star (at the most) on a good day. I will be speaking with the tour operator about why this resort was recommended. And yet it still gets recommended to western tourists on Facebook etc as a 4 star resort. Also, I may not be able to speak Spanish but I can speak 4 other languages - but they seem to look down on you if you can’t converse fully and try and take advantage or ignore you completely. We made the the best of our time here but It would be a shame if you do end up here with the misguided perception that it’s 4 star - either book elsewhere or stay at home. This is the first time I’ve left a bad review - i realise that you can’t please everyone all of the time but you will regret coming here. These are just off the top of my head - and I could write a whole lot more - I just hope that anyone looking to book here reads my review first.…

The All Ritmo Resort Was Just Amazing!!! It Was really good! We honestly didnt expect what we experience White we were there. The entertainment staff was fantastic and so so soooo incredibly energetic. Always With some game or activitie going on. Andy was so great with us ! So kind and very very friendly. Raul, Bryan and Enrique were the most amazing bartenders! Every night me and my friend zoe felt so welcome and catered for with them at the bar, they were very chatty and friendly and really made our experience at the hotel. Whenever you have an empty drink you can count on them to fill it!;)

Great hotel, great food, a lot of fun activities like kayak on the beach, water balloon fight, shows, thanks to Andy, Brenda and Oswaldo who are really nice! Close to the ferry for Isla Mujeres. Would recommend, the kids loved it. The specialty restaurant ostras is delicious.

If you’re looking for something a little quieter and to be enjoyed by younger children in a family setting, this is the place. Although the facilities are not as new, the staff are very kind and friendly. The hotel is located a short walk from the ferry to Isla de Mujeres and it has its own beach and sea area which has been made to be kept shallow so the children can enjoy it too without going out of their depth. There is some light family entertainment, but if you’re looking for a party and clubbing atmosphere, you’re better staying in the hotel zone. Like all places, remember to bring your dollar notes to tip the bar staff!

I have been visiting this hotel for 20 years and I can honestly say the staff are the loveliest people I have ever met. I always describe as a 3 star hotel with 5 star service. Everyone from the gardeners through to management provide exceptional service and nothing is ever to much. The location of this hotel is just perfect right on the beach and is a hidden gem. Yes there has been change throughout the years but things rarely stay the same. Here’s to the next 20 years.

This is a good hotel which is a bit dated but run really well with lots of facilities and great staff. You have to pay a local tax when you arrive before they give you your room. There was no mini fridge in our two rooms but this was not an issue as you can pretty much get food and drink all day and night long. There are Mayan ruins within walking distance from the hotel and the ferry to Isla Mujeres is nearby as well. We was here for 2 weeks and we did not get bored as there was so many activities and facilities at the hotel. The water park was a real hit with my kids as well as the activities by the pool by Andy, Lolly and Brenda and the main guy sorry don’t remember his name. The nightly shows are really professional, but they need to promote them better as you don’t always know what is on and when. A special mention to Martin at reception who really helped us with advise on where to go and how to get there for a fraction of the price of what the timeshare people were charging. The food is good in the restaurant, but be careful if you have any dietary needs as they don’t have the same standards as UK. I would also recommend the specialty restaurants which you can make reservations for and would like to give a special mention to Randy and Jose in Oscars. As long as you know the location and what it looks like you will like this place. One thing that let us down was on the final day when we had checked out and was waiting for our transfers we got some drinks at pool bar and the barman complained we didn’t have our wristbands despite him serving us for 2 weeks and we had tipped him many times. This was the complete opposite of Turkey where they let you use all their facilities after you check out.…

I stayed with my family for 6 days and we loved the Water park had problem with the wifi but we dont actually use it, i want to thanks a special person she was always very kind she Is a beautiful person and assisted us in everything thank u Elena from Guest service, we be back soon.

The Best of the Best hotel around In Quintana Roo! We did GREAT choosing this option as our destination foto vacation. It was simple AMAZING the view from everywere was si beautiful ando overall we do apreciatted so much the people that Made us feel at Home and such GREAT experiencia! My RCI representative who took care of us at the hotel was Elena Narvaez. She was the best part of the entire "All Ritmo" experience. She was friendly, patient, and had an overall very positive energy. She took care of all of our needs and became a dear friend to us. I would recommend her to any hotel as they would be extremely blessed to have her on staff.
