We did a last minute booking without much research and were pleasantly surprised with how much we enjoyed Casa Turquesa. The hotel was very pretty and peaceful, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I took an early ocean swim on a day when the water was quite rough. Within minutes a lifeguard came out of the hotel. On...

This hotel, at first glance, is quite luxurious but I would describe it as faded grandeur. Our Junior Suite with sea view was huge and had an amazing bathroom. The balcony had a big jacuzzi looking out to the ocean (which looked very dated). Our beds were extremely comfortable. We spent two nights here to recover from our flight from...

Greeted by the staff as I stepped out of the taxi by name ,the hotel manager , Mufasa, introduced himself and wanted to personally thank me for coming and to make sure that my every need was taken care of. We had the best stay, the service was top notch, this is a small hotel only 29 rooms with Jacuzzi's on the balcony of every room. Anything that this hotel may lack is made up by the best people serving all the time fulfilling any of your needs. We were able to watch and assist hatching of sea turtle eggs...

My wife and I stayed here for two days at the end of a fantastic holiday in Mexico and Cuba. Firstly, a quick word about Cancun. The place just didn't do it for us. It's geared towards mass American tourism, with huge all inclusive resorts, gaudy bling, cheap drinks, and for the most part, mediocre food. If that's your thing,...

If you want comfortable and affordable accommodations right on the beach, this is your place. The room was nothing special, but it was clean and served my purpose. I ate at the restaurant for breakfast and it was good as well.

Casa Turquesa Hotel was terrible – we had to spend a total of $40 on taxis to be able to get a decent meal for dinner as we concerned as no one was eating in the dinner restaurant and therefore food turnover would be low… Room dirty. At the time of booking rating, Casa Turquesa Boutique Hotel was ranked #19 and I COMPLETELY DISAGREE. I've visited the zona hotelera many times (have stayed at the RIU's, Ritz, Fiesta Americana Condonesa, ect ect) and Casa Turquesa has been the worst.
