We visited June 15th through June 22nd. The Beach Palace is starting to look warn down and needs to be remodeled. Yet, the service employee's provide continues to be tops considering being understaffed. I would like to recognized a few employee's who definetly went above and beyond to make our vacation the best it could be. Angelica the diamond conceirge was profesional and on point all week. Her ease of communication through out the week made a great difference to an outstanding week. Felix, the pool concierge was also excellent with his service and reserving seats by pool for diamond members. Roger, beach waiter was excellent and remember our beverages of our entire family. He Roger made our arrival the best and started the week in the right direction. Mareli, room attendant was OUTSTANDING and always had our room clean and ready daily. Thanks Mareli for making us feel at home. Mnuel, and Juan Miguel, were excellent at lobby and pool bar. Their customer service and bar skills are appreciated as they took care of our beverage request. Omar at the steakhouse was professional and provided outstanding service at our first dinner. His attentiveness and service was appreciated as we started the week right. Suleima and Jesus, pool conceirge at The Grand (Grill pool area) were outstanding as they attended and provided their help during our day visit. Other positiive mentions at The Grand are Julio Martinez, Irving Ku and Erik Gomez who provided excellent bar and food service on our visit. Guillermo at Tavola provided great service at our family dinner and his knowledge of menu was appreciated as each one of ordered individual pizzas. Thanks to each of the mentions above as their service, kindness and friendship is appreciated to help make our vacation week memorable. Sincerely, Ralph…
My husband and I just returned from a trip to Beach Palace. My dad also dropped in during our trip and we all really enjoyed ourselves. The beach is beautiful, the pools are amazing, and the property is very well kept! Clearly things are a little different during COVID, but we had an excellent experience! The bartenders Fidel, Alfredo and Zacarias would have drinks ready for us as soon as ours were empty. The food was also great and the location is pretty central!
I normally don’t write a review but my family and I had a really great time. I don’t remember the names of the people who work there but all I could think about was that everyone was hard worker. At the buffet restaurant, the waiters were always willing to help and they went above and beyond. When my husband asked if they had the cantaloupe juice, the waiter went to the kitchen and brought him a glass of cantaloupe juice. Every time we called for room service, they were always quick to bring the items we requested. I have stayed in many hotels and I would say that this place provides the best service ever. I would definitely recommend this to anyone and will go back again in the future.
This place is amazing. From check-in with Alejandra to the entire friendly staff. Sarah and the Entertainment Staff kept us busy with activities all day long. Chef Gabriela made breakfast a nice start every morning. Daniel Ferto made sure we had refreshments in the Sports Bar. Dinner at the Smokehouse was perfectly prepared by Chef Armando and Chef Angel. All brought to us by our waiter Omar who was very attentive. There was more to do in 4 days than we had time for. We will be returning.
Everything about the property was Awesome. Everything was great from the property, staff, food, and drinks. I will recommend this property to anyone. The check in was great and the room was clean. I will be back soon.
My family and I recently returned from beach palace. 2 of us are gluten free. I was honestly a little bit concerned because i couldn't find very many reviews about the gluten free options at this hotel. However their website does say that they can handle food allergies so I figured we would find some things that were safe. Pros: - They ask you upon entering every restaurant if you have any food allergies. While this was nice, even if you said you did they wouldn't immediately send the chef to your table. You would have to ask to speak to the chef about what food was safe at the buffet specifically. This often lead to a lengthy wait. Waiting for the Chef to walk us around the buffet to tell us what was safe and/or placing an order with them so that it could be prepared in the back. Which then lead to more of a wait. Which meant our Other family members were done eating before our food from the back even arrived. -The sit down restaurants all have a little label on the dishes that are gluten free. However when we ate at the smokehouse we ordered one of those dishes and the server came out and told us that it contained soy sauce so it was not gluten free. This made me a little uneasy and gave me anxiety for how much I should be trusting the menu labels. -The buffet does have an area that contains gluten free bread and mini muffins. One was like a cornbread and 1 was like an Apple cinnamon. However there is no toaster to toast the bread in. 😔 - Typically every night the buffet would also have a dessert that had the gluten free label. However after the incident at the smokehouse I was always worried it wasn't truly gluten free. -24 hr room service does have gluten free items clearly marked. There was a couple times where I would place a room service order and in the notes put please make these gluten free. Waffles for example. They did call our room and tell me that they could not make gluten free waffles but they could do pancakes or French toast. It would be great if they had a few more gluten feee options on the menu. We ate a lot of shrimp cocktail and burgers in lettuce. Having the room service was a life saver though. I would schedule breakfast the night before on the app and it would show up in our room and then we could all eat together as a family before we headed down to the beach or a pool. - The sweet shop did have a few GF options such as truffles and macarons. Cons: - Given that this was a 4 star resort that mentioned they could accommodate food allergies on their website I was expecting better communication and better access to the Chefs. Most of the time I got the feeling that I was a major inconvenience when the chefs would come out and speak to us. We have stayed at less nice hotels and it was easier to get gf items. -Gf Desserts such as cake and cookies are slim. They do have ice cream, truffles, macaroons and popsicles. But when the rest of your family is eating chocolate cake every day it would be nice to also be able to enjoy a piece of cake. -No GF Ice cream cones, pizza, hot dog buns, hamburger buns, waffles or crepes.. -I did not see any gluten free options for dessert on the room service menu however somebody mentioned that they order chocolate covered strawberries & those were GF. - We were celebrating birthdays while we were there so I was able to place an order for a GF cake at the public relations desk. It was a beautiful cake but it did cost a $120. We have ordered gluten free cakes at other resorts and I think the most I have paid was $ 50. So I found the a 120 quite absurd. Overall I believe we would return to beach palace. I have emailed their team some suggestions. I feel like more and more people are going to need gluten free options so these resorts need to get on board and just realize that this is not a diet fad.…
We spent 7 nights at Beach Palace. Here are some comments: Pros: Great location, close to everything including a mall Great beach (when the seaweed is not there) Buffet food was good but the restaurants were awesome and no reservation is needed Rooftop area is cool They have a small coffee shop that makes amazing lattes and pastries or quick bites Game room is fun Cons: Way too many timeshare sharks, They won't leave you alone and will ven call your room Pools are ok, nothing great Beach palace feels more like a hotel but not a great resort Buffet was ok not great Lack of sitting areas Gym is tiny Elevators are sketchy some did not have AC Spa and extra services are VERY Expensive General comments: Upgrade to an ocean view room is worth it Don't expect a super luxurious and big resort, this is a nice typical hotel Don't fall for any of the timeshare sharks, not worth it…
This week we stayed at the Beach Palace All Inclusive Resort Cancun, and let me tell you that we had a blast throughout our trip. When we first got to the resort, the bell boys treated us like we were kings and queens entering our palace. They gave the females fresh flowers, and the entire group cool towels to clean our faces. All 4 restaurants had great service, fantastic and tasty food (that’s coming from picky eaters). The best part of this resort is the beach view. My goodness the beach has clean fine-grained gold sand and picturesque turquoise waters. The resort has multiple bars, and wherever you are within the resort there is a waiter or waitress waiting to take your order. Any cocktail, mocktail, or literally any drink you can think of can be made by the palace resort staff! We made great relationships with staff around the resort, and so I would like the Beach Palace to know that these are the best of the best staff, and if you ever are looking for the best assistance, approach these amazing people! America - Representative BP Elizabeth - Public Relations BP Gabriella - Omlette station at buffet BP Roberto Sanchez - Representative BP Enrique - Palace Vacation Planner BP Paul - Entertainment Staff BP Arijana - Waiter at buffet BP Marcos - Bell Boy at The Grand Gorey - Entertainment staff BP Miguel - Stadium Sports Bartender BP Angeles - Host at buffet BP *BP - Beach Palace To go in and out of the resort is so easy and convenient. There is a big shopping mall 5 minutes of a walk away with huge designer shops like Gucci, Prada, Yves Saint Laurent, and Hermes all there! Check it out. You won’t be disappointed AT ALL!…

We had an amazing time! The Beach Palace is smaller than the other Palace resorts but it was nice to have everything close by and not have to worry about taking a golf cart everywhere. The restaurants were all delicious and the service was beyond excellent. Amazing beach view!!!
