All the staff were wonderful and very welcoming. We're definitely coming back! From the bartenders to the food service, the food was delicious and drinks were strong. We'd highly recommend the nightly shows and the Thai restaurant. Make sure to bring dress clothes for dinner reservations.

This is our second time coming to Sun Palace and once again we had the most wonderful time. The location is at the tip of the hotel zone, which is great as the beach section is quieter and more private. Sun is a boutique resort, another reason we enjoy coming here as it does not require a lot of walking and has very easy access to the beach. It was the sea turtle nesting season during our second stay, so we saw and helped rescue many adorable babies to reach the ocean safely and even saw mama turtles laying eggs on the beach. So incredible and grateful to witness all this miracle, and even happier to learn the Mexican government and the locals are doing their part to save and protect these precious and endangered creatures. I make my living, helping organizations be the best they can be not only to their customers, but also to their employees. My experience at the Sun Palace was incredible. The boutique type hotel allowed for privacy, comfort, tranquility, and a true getaway experience that you had hoped to have during your vacation. Every staff member there was absolutely incredible Manuel. The entertainment staff as well. Incredible. We had a chance to experience the spa. If you come here, make it a point to experience their spa the rooms are beautiful they are clean. The staff is professional, and the rooms are phenomenal. There is one group that was absolutely amazing. Every single day they made our morning, and our evenings very special. I wanted to make sure that we recognized Alexis. Yzui, Brandon, Ricardo and Emiliano for their outstanding service in the bakery, where we had coffee every day the most amazing dessert you’ve ever tasted, but above all outstanding customer service warm :-) faces and the best welcome you could imagine every single morning. Chef dinner was amazing!!! It is a must if you travel to Sun Palace resort. The theme was Italy. We felt as though we were in Italy experiencing the food. The chef, the staff and the entertainment staff were top notch.

Very fun! Delicious food and wine. Worth going for one night. Interactive. Staff is energetic. Food is very good. Event is 1.5 hours in total. You should go! Host is very funny as well. Opera singer was the star of the show!

The chefs dinner is the best! Our singer Valentino was fabulous and I could have listened to him all night. Food was delicious. The staff was excellent. It's the best dinner of our trip here. Try it yourself.

It was our first trip to Sun Palace Cancun. I was overjoyed by the experience. Every employee was top notch and went out of their way to make sure everyone was getting everything they wanted. My personal favorite was Juan Guinto he was our waiter at breakfast every day. We are looking forward to coming back again and again.

My second, and not less wonderful experience in Sun Palace, in Concierge and Honeymoon level. Cordiality, Friendliness, and quality in all levels made our vacationas a special time to remember for ever. From our maide who keep neat our room to Maria Eugenia in Public relations, the restaurants staf, Silvio and Daniel in pool and Beach service and specialty mention to Jeronimo Domingues our special friend who made our 9 days a wonderful experience. The remodel was excellent and the staff was so attentive, professional and NICE! Food was great, activities were fun,weather was perfect! There were plenty of Water sports available in close range on the well kept beach, as well!

Just finished a week at Sun Palace and it was excellent as always. The resort was running at about 50% occupancy which was perfect for us as it did not seem overly crowded. Service was top notch as usual. Juan Ginto in the Aurora restaurant for breakfast and lunch was one of the superstars on arguably one of the best staff of all Palace Resorts. Food was great all week at all of the restaurants. Entertainment was great as well with David Magee, The Illusionist, the MJ show, Chef's dinner. We thoroughly enjoyed all aspects of the trip including the spa treatments, with Larry Morales assisting us in the Awe Spa. The resort did a fabulous job setting up to celebrate Mexican Independence Day on the beach. It was truly remarkably how they were able to set it all up for the guests to enjoy and then break it all down right after the show like it was never there. Some other notable staff members that made our trip special was, Pedro T. on the entertainment staff, Jayro Torres & Fermin Alvarado, the Diamond Concierges, Raquel and Jaronimo were great as the pool concierges, Chantel the server by the pool, our maid (I can't remember her name but she was assigned to room 826 the whole time we were there), Karina in the Lobby Bar. I highly recommend this resort for anyone looking for a great resort in the Hotel Zone of Cancun. …
