We really enjoyed our entire stay. Gracia at the front desk was extremely helpful when there was an issue with our reservation. While that was being taken care of the waiters still asked if we needed anything and assisted us with multiple mimosas. We really loved how friendly the staff was. We enjoyed every restaurant. The food was so delightful. The staff was seen Sanitizing after each guest which put us at ease. You guys are doing a phenomenal job. We will definitely return.
Highly recommend this resort! Best beach in Cancun, small enough your not walking miles to get around the resort. Excellent food, drinks and service. Friendly staff. Clean rooms and property. Have nothing negatve to say at all.
We had the most wonderful time at Fiesta Americana Condesa over Thanksgiving 2020. Check in took longer than we had hoped for but we didn’t mind after that arranged connecting rooms for our family of 6. We traveled as a couple with 4 children ages 8,5,3,1. As a family we have stayed at many AI resorts in Mexico and this was one of the best! We did not dine at any of the reservation dinners. The main reasons we didn’t dine at them was first it was too much effort to wait in line to make reservations and second we don’t like sit downs with our rowdy children. I don’t like the reservation system. Why should we have to wait in line to make dinner reservations? Seems like they could make this much simpler by doing it upon check in or have a text message system to do it, especially with covid. Why make us congregate in line for this. The food we had was excellent. We did room service, poolside dining, buffet and enjoyed. They were always out of fruit loops for breakfast which was a disappointment. We loved the ice cream/crepe shop and highlight of our kids trip. The workers there were always so kind to us. We had the best service and kindness in all areas. The upper pool was so warm and we spent most of our time in that pool. Hot tubs were not hot. Barely even warm. Poolside entertainment was fun. The resort was so clean and pristine. The ocean was beautiful and my kids were in love with the amazing sea shells. Waves were a little big for our baby but older kids loved them. Nighttime entertainment was enjoyable and my kids liked the board games. We will 100% recommend this hotel to our friends and stay here again in the future.…
Ample restaurant opportunities- at most we had to wait less than 5 minutes and that was for breakfast during the big rush one morning. Every other meal we got right in. Several reservation places, but you have other options if you don't want to hassle with standing in line. They ask about food allergies at every meal. If you go to a reservation place, check the menu first. We did the Mexican place thinking the menu would have the typical enchiladas, chimichangas, burritos, etc. it did not. We were able to find something we liked but it was surprising. Head to the pool early to snag chairs. ~7am you can get a good locations, and it's warm enough someone can wait there until the rest of the party arrives. If you want to rent a Bali bed, you do that at the spa. It's ~85usd for the bed and sparking wine, lobster ceviche, and a 30-minute massage you can split into 2 15-min massages. It also comes with 2 lounge chairs overlooking the ocean and the staff are prompt to kick people out if they try to take your chairs. Best food: "surf and chicken" and corn soup at the El Mexicano, mahi mahi tostadas during lunch at Kambu, and pork tacos at Panaderia. The fish tacos at Cevicheria were hyped up in the Facebook group so of course I got them, but they weren't as good as I was expecting. There's also a churro/ice cream/crepe place by the spa that is awesome. You can also get coffee drinks, including frappes, in the gift shop.…
We are returning guests to this wonderful resort! We recently stayed the last 2 weeks of October and can’t say enough about the friendly staff and the total safety measures during the current pandemic. The food is excellent, the grounds and beach are awesome, and the staff couldn’t be more attentive and personable. Our Concierge, Monica is the best. Every restaurant was fabulous and many staff were as well: Jairo at San Telmo and everywhere; Carlene and Guadalupe at breakfast; Carlos, Adrian and Leonardo at Rosata; David at the Beach Grill; Claudio, Marco, and many others! Can’t wait to return and see you all again!
