I’ve stayed at a few resorts in Cancun and I have to say the coral level (adults only part of the resort) at iberostar is by far the best resort I have stayed at. My boyfriends and I stayed there for 10 days and had an amazing time!! The hotel is incredible with every single room having a beautiful ocean view. Not part ocean, but full ocean view. There are plenty of food options and all of them are delicious. The rooms cleanliness is impeccable. Thank you to the cleaning staff! And now about the rest of the staff at the hotel.. what can I say besides THANK YOU to all of them. They ALL go above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect. To mention a few of the waitstaff..Carlos, Eduardo, and Jesus were just some of the waitstaff that waited on us that were amazing and extremely hard workers. Alvin and the entertainment crew are just incredible at what they do. Always making sure everyone is having fun and having a good time. The font desk staff is so professional and pleasant. Cora helped us with all our dinner reservations and other inquiries we had. All in all, I would give the coral level at iberostar Cancun ten stars if I could but they only allow five. So five full stars. Thank you all you will be seeing us again soon!!…
so beautiful!!!!!!! we loved it just came back on tuesday & ugh it was so nice calm relaxing, it won our heart when they said the bar was open 24’7 haha. also room service. love that it’s adults only perfect for couples who are going on a baeCation haha or just adults only. the food was great, drinks tooo! david the bartender he was great man! everyone was so nice & friendly! we plan on going again but this time with our two kids so we’ll be staying at the main resort. but still was beautiful we also had access to everything on iberostar so we got to see a preview. all the rooms are ocean view & man the view is beautiful! water always so beautiful & blue!
I just returned from a 4 night stay with my two sisters. Everything was amazing! The Coral level is newer and adults only. It wasn’t super busy which was great. Easy to find pool chairs, beach chairs. Pool was gorgeous. Daytime entertainment was fun... best part for us was water spinning with Sylvia! We emailed ahead and were able to book dinner reservations each night. Hibachi dinner was awesome. Italian restaurant was great too! Panna cotta was the best! The buffet was really good for lunch and breakfast every day, tons of options and varied day to day. Coffee at the bar was awesome. Night entertainment was good but not crazy or wild. We felt very safe here, people were great about masks. We had a good experience with the on-site covid tests too. We had them done the day before we left and you receive immediate results. They print a copy for you the next day. We loved our vacation!! It was perfect.…
There are plenty of other resorts to stay at and I wish I would of done so for my birthday weekend. My fiancé and I booked in the coral adults only side with a beautiful ocean front view. The experience when we arrived was horrible. They wasted so much of our time trying to sell us something before we got our room, the rep would not leave us alone and we just wanted to relax since we were only there for a few days. We got there at 2:30 and tell me why we were still being bothered by the sales man until that evening and the next morning. We just wanted to enjoy our time in Cancun! Food options: breakfast and lunch is at their buffet only open for a few hours until it is shut down. And your only option is fried food: burgers and fries. You do have the room service option. The phone in our room did not work to call room service. For dinner you’re on your own at an all inclusive resort! I had to worry about where we would eat dinner for my birthday because you cannot book at their restaurants, that don’t open until 6, because they are all ALWAYS fully booked. The guy told us we could go to a restaurant outside of the resort... I’m paying for an all inclusive resort where I can’t even eat dinner at on my birthday! The guy magically had a spot for us. They did offer covid testing but people were always looking for the employee that booked the testing for some reason so you had to constantly keep going back to the front desk. Masks aren’t really enforced for guests which is weird. Not many options for on site entertainment. Kind of boring for evening time unless you leave the resort, which I did not want to do at night. The view, the beach access is amazing but I’m sure you can get that at any other resort in Cancun. We made the best of it…
We had an amazing time! Jaqueline’s morning water spin class was amazing and much needed exercise! She is so friendly and very fun!!!! The music was great, especially the violinist and guitarist/singer!
