The worst hotel I have been. MY MEDICAL VACATIONS put me here for the recovery of my surgery. SO DISAPPOINTED. If ever you decide to take that company for your surgery Planning MAKE SURE that they don’t put you in THIS HOTEL 🙏 Food is not good and not included( breakfast only) no butter no jam no steak knife. Internet on and off. They speak only Spanish and a little bit of English. No sun to tan. Really NOISY 24/7 it never stopped. Dirty they put the sheets and towels to wash in the hall they bang doors. No entertainment, so little of alcohol bottles no choices. Really expensive, they don’t do change from American to pesos ( only when you pay your check-out. No Netflix only 3 English channels with movies from the 80’s. No beaches near in front of a speed road. Don’t waste your money

We spent two nights in this hotel and had a great experience. The room, lobby, restaurant and other premises were very clean. I also witnessed the staff spraying chemicals at night due to Covid. The staff were friendly and helpful. I had to work and the internet was fast at the room. There are excellent restaurants nearby. It was a great option among hundreds of other places I was searching.

This hotel is the best I have visited in Mexiko. The price is really good for what you get - pretty modern and very comfortable clean rooms which is sometimes hard to find. The hotel manager daniel is super helpful and his English is perfect - in general the staff is super friendly and welcoming you can ask them about anything. All the health restrictions are taken very seriously which is super good there is a hand sanitizer everywhere and a fever test at the check in. Food tastes amazing as well and they have a great outside area with a pool where you can tan and relax. All the Cancun happening is really close and walkable. I hopefully will come back very soon.

I needed to canceled the stay because of Covid I told them 15 days before the stay they don't want to refund, rude replies pretended they don't understand the current pandemic situation. Whereas other hotel did even with short notice. Sorry to this, please avoid people who take advantage from other bad luck. Thanks

We stayed here for 3 night and on our third night woke up in the middle of the night because we had BED BUGS!!! They had bitten us and we saw them crawling on the bed. We understand that bed bugs can happen. HOWEVER, the way we were treated was unacceptable. We went to the front desk immediately (at 4am) and they came upstairs, confirmed there was an infestation and gave us a new room. The next morning we talked to the manager and they accused us of bringing the bed bugs in. Further, they said they could pay for our laundry (which here in Mexico is $15 USD) and reimburse us for one night if we sign an agreement to not leave any reviews on any platforms. We were appalled by this behavior of the management and didn’t sign. We have never in our lives been treated this poorly! Bed bugs can happen in any hotel - but the way we were treated was unacceptable! DO NOT STAY HERE! We also have evidence that we did not bring the bed bugs in. The infestation had adults, eggs, and young bed bugs. Bed bugs take 7 weeks to hatch so whenever there are young ones, it is a clear sign that the infestation has been there for at least 7 weeks.

We have eaten twice here since they closed the restaurant in the evenings in the Oasis hotel across the road. The food is the simple food that I like here in Mexico. Chicken, fish, beef, pasta at good prices. The service was great when the place was nearly empty but not so good when they had a group for dinner.

We stayed twice in Ambiance Suites, once with and once without breakfast, for both for roughly £30. Price-wise it's a big bargain. Breakfast is not buffet but with hot food to order. It's clean and relatively well maintained. We later stayed in the much higher rated Oh! The Urban Oasis (paid for £55) and found it much worse.

Stayed one night before leaving Cancun. The hotel looked fine, friendly staff, beds are alright. Downside is the smell/feeling of moisty air in our room. Everything felt a bit damp. There is a convenient store just across the street and a very fine tacoplace:)

Based on the reviews, we decided to stay 2 days to see if we wanted to stay long-term. After one night, we were sorry we committed to a second night. The furniture in the room was dirty and in dire need of cleaning. Our room was right over the entrance so we were awoken on a regular basis by the tour buses coming and going at all hours. We informed the front desk in the afternoon that we would be having a visitor and we’re accused of having additional people staying with us. While room had a coffeemaker, you had to purchase everything for it separately. We went for breakfast after the first night and asked for an omelet. We were told that it came with ham and cheese. When my wife asked about having onion, we were told that anything else would be extra. We told that anything to drink other than coffee would be extra as well. The breakfast consisted of coffee, omelet and toast. Based on the quality of the service, we decided not to leave a tip. As we were returning to our room, we were chased up the stairs by the waiter letting us know that we “forgot” the tip. Needless to say, we didn’t return for breakfast the following day. On the good side, the sheets were changed as requested.

If you want to go for to Cancun for business or pleasure with a low budget is the best place, quality price relationship is outstanding. Maybe the only thing to be considered is that location is out of the tourist zone.
