We went to eat at the restaurant inside Fiesta Americana and let me tell you, it was a great experience Mr. Juan Maldonado was very friendly and helpful, He was always making sure we had everything we need and on Sundays they have an all you can eat buffet and they have steaks, seafood and sides, they even gave us a cup of wine, very very satisfied with the food and the service, I will definitely come back to this restaurant.

Hotel's Favorite
I traveled about a month ago with my family. The space is beautifully renovated — especially the rooms, the breakfast room and the pool area — however it was the attention to detail and the human element when it came to anticipating or addressing an issue from people at the restaurant (Gaby, Irene) + and when I requested a special room for my in-laws who required handicapped accommodations — that's when Albérico Gutiérrez — the restaurants Manager — came out of his way to accommodate my in-laws needs with a room in the first floor with beautiful view and quick access to the pool area. Don't go out for breakfast... the first-class service from Gabriela (the girl with the glasses that help her anticipate your needs before you even think about them) — and Irene (the elegant hostess that goes out of her way to help anyone make his/her life easier) — will make you kick-off your day with a huge smile. Mexico is famous for the quality and warmth of its people — however Alberico's team: Gaby, Irene and himself (and Diego, if you spend your day at the pool or at one of their gazebos beach front) will take the standard to another level. They really make the difference, they will be open to any kind of (constructive) feedback, and most of all, they will make it disappear for good, or find a way to work around it for you. I design services for a leaving for global companies — and I'm still wondering if this is something related to Fiesta Americana's revised (post-covid) culture... if it's something in Veracruz's breeze (or water)... or if it has to do with the individual education from these individuals — however in any case — they should be showcased and acknowledged for their attitude and delivery — or further more — used as a "role model" and an example that when you love what you do, nothing comes in your way to deliver the best version of yourself... ... and in the process... take the Brand's (company) promise to the next level (x10). Thank you Albérico, Gaby and Irene — you really made the difference in my family's trip and we surely will come back soon as long as the service remains the same (or at least you're still there!)…

Great place to take my family and hang out had an excellent service and safe .being with family is my number one priority ...the mattress were clean and smelled really fresh thanks to all personel who were very helpful and attentive of my needs cant wait for the day we can do it again

Very nice hotel, clean and big room. Very good breakfast and service was amazing, they always went the extra mile to make our experience great. We really had a great holidays and we will repeat whenever we come back to Veracruz. I recommend it 100%.

Employees are friendly, great service; however, price is not worth it, building needs a lot of maintenance. My personal opinion, I do not waste your time on any meeting that they offer, not worth it.

Great service, delicious food, gorgeous hotel. Our drinks and food were delivered promptly and our server was absolutely lovely. We ordered the equivalent of a charcuterie board and a pizza along with wine & pina coladas. Perfect way to end the day. We will be back!

This was a fantastic hotel. Our family loved it. The beach was really nice. And the pool was fun to swim in and play volleyball. Jordy was a fantastic employee and gave tremendous customer service. The buffet was really good. We liked the bar in the evenings too. Nice location, close to everything. The little shops in the hotel were very nice. Excellent customer service at the front desk and the concierge too. We all loved it.

The lobby Bar has great employees who really care for their customers. They are polite with great attitudes. Fast service and well spoken with a big smile on their face. They take time to make recommendations, I will be returning again! It was great

Horrible experience. I can’t recommend this properly. The service is very poor. The property is very poorly maintained. The hotel is nothing like what is represented on the website. There are several much nicer hotels in the area. I recommend you check those first.
