U will not have a better location, belive me, its just in front of the park, and at 50 meters of the catedral, just perfect for going to the bars and walk around. The hotel is beautiful, and with modern bedrooms. Parking is included. Be sure to book with " breakfast included " cause its very good. Ask for rooms... More

The hotel is right in the center of town. All the staff was great and everyone is super friendly. The restaurant serves great food for breakfast and dinner. My wife and I were very happy with our hotel, the location and all the staff. We definitely recommen this hotel to anyone who wants to visit SCDLC and wants to be... More

Hotel is not as nice as in the picture. Our room is small, no chair, no table, 3rd floor, no elevator, paid too much for it. We stayed one extra day, won't allowed to pay the same rate, charged 34% more than the 2 previous days. The food is so so for the price was charged.

This beautiful hotel located on the central square in the historic section of the city. We had a front balcony room overlooking the square. The room was large with 15' ceilings and a fine bathroom. Beds were comfortable but a bit hard. Lots of comforters were an the bed because it is quite cold in the mountains in February. We... More

At first glance the hotel is beautiful, it seems cured. We stayed in room 204. The room is pretty small, do not even know where to put our luggage. The bathroom is very nice, the sink is mini, the shower water goes down slowly, the bed is perhaps the only thing slightly comfortable. What bothers you is all the noise... More

The hotel enjoys its position on the main square of San Cristobal de las Casas. I got a room in the interior courtyard, which as quiet, even though there was a band playing in the square outside. The hotel is a colonial style establishment, so no elevators, but stairs. Beware if you have heavy or bulky luggage! The room is... More

It is located in front of the Cathedral. We went to the restaurant in the hotel. The name is "Sensaciones de Chiapas". The food was excellent. You have to try the "Huevos a la Cazuela". Not expensive at all, spent 200 pesos for two persons.

I would have written a review sooner but the wifi at the hotel sucked. We stayed here for a night and were not pleased at all. While this hotel has an incredible location, it is definitely not worth the price. The rooms are extremely dark and not very spacious. The bathrooms are also small and honestly they're a little disgusting.... More

Nice hotel in general, but noisy, because it is in front of the main plaza and they have marimba pkaying at the kiosk every night from 7 to 10 pm and if you get an interior room, the window is overlookin the hall were everybody walks and has access to see the inside of your room. The personnel working there... More
