The Hotel Casa Margarita is in a great location. Our room was located on the 2nd level and was large and clean although a little dark. There was no safe but there was 24 hours coffee/tea available downstairs which we did not encounter anywhere else in Mexico. The WIFI only worked in the foyer on the ground floor but it...

I stayed in this hotel for 3 days. After looking on Internet and asking in different hotels once I arrived to San Cristoabal this was the best choice to stay. It is very close downtown where the streets are so lively. They have some cheap price on their rooms and all of theri rooms are clean, colonial and beautiful. People...

Stayed here for two nights on tour of Mexico. Staff very friendly and free coffee available in courtyard every morning. Hotel is centrally located on pedestrian street in centre of town. Within easy walking distance are the markets, churches and all the museums. Fall out of the hotel and there are restaurants and cafes of all types within metres. Rooms...

Writing this while here. Lovely place, courtyard, great wifi, clean, nice staff, plenty of towels, superb location. Drawback was I could hear music in my room (24) til 12 midnight on Sunday. Real con is that San Cristobel is as cold as Canada in winter! I didn't know this or would've waited til spring. They have no heat so everything...

It is a nice hotel on the walking center of San Cristobal. The room is quite small, but you have everything what is necessary for an accommodation. In this area you have lot´s of shops, cafes and nice coffee roasters.

Stayed here a couple of nights in November. The place was nice, it's in a great location surrounded by restaurants and bars, and the central square is just a few minutes walk. The bed was comfy and it wasn't very noisy

This hotel is fantastic. The location can't be beat if you want to be close to great restaurants, bars and the main square. It is spotlessly clean and has all the amenities you would expect. Rooms are basic but showers had great pressure, the only thing is that it does have quite thin walls so if you are downstairs like...

This hotel is situated centrally just a block away from the main square and within short walking distance of everything. Which actually would apply to 95% of all hotels as San Cristobal is a tiny little town. The hotel itself has rooms around and behind a small pretty courtyard with a glass ceiling. The staff are helpful and friendly and...

The Hotel Casa Margarita is probably one of the best located hotels in all of San Cristobal, the hotel lies right on one of the main pedestrian streets but just far enough not to be constantly loud, all of the main restaurants and shops are within walking distance. The beds are fairly hard but still comfortable, the bathroom is small...

The hotel is located in the best place in SC, in the middle of the main street. The staff was nice and friendly, spoke nice English and helped with everything. Inside the hotel there's a traveling agency, which helps your stay in SC. The room was quite large, the bed was fine and the room was cleaned everyday. They charged...
