Great little spot in the middle of San Christobel. The outside looks basic but you walk in and it's like a secret hideaway. The first part is I think six rooms round the outside of a great little planted courtyard. Then reception and a bar then through to another bigger courtyard with water feature. The rooms are clean and the...

This hotel was in a delightful setting with a small courtyard and garden. We had a ground floor room off a dark passage but it was of good size with a large bed. There was good hot water. The upstairs restaurant was open for a good breakfast only. There was rather disappointing bar service in the evening with nothing much...

Awesome hotel, only a few blocks away from Main Street. Really friendly staff, tom staff do a very through job cleaning so place is spotless with security on to make the place seem even safer. The best shower I've had in Mexico only downfAll is not all the safe boxes work.

I spent 3 nights at this hotel and the room was fine, but the customer service was not. I arranged for a shuttle to pick me up from the airport in Tuxtla Gutierrez and paid the driver upon arrival. I walked to the front desk and they gave me my key, not asking about my shuttle or requesting payment (which...

A lovely and quite place to stay. Very good location. The rooms are spacious, but too dark. The beds are comfortable. Good Wi-Fi. Nice garden. Good breakfast (it was not included in our room rate, but it wasn't expensive). The bathroom could have more room to toiletries.

It is a 2 minute walk from the main pedestrian street called Avenida Guadalupe which has a lot of cool places to eat drink and shop. It...

Staff just terrible. That was the worst experience that I have after a three weeks of traveling in Mexico. First of all, no one of them speak english. They can't understand even simpliest words like "breakfast". Finally I have asked about cup of boiled drinking water to dissolve my medicine. They suggest me to buy "some tequila or cerveza" and...

This lovely spot was booked for us so we were delighted to find that it was so lovely - there appears to be plenty of interesting looking hotels in SCDC. Lovely room with large comfortable bed - great shower and nice towels. Breakfast was better than we had in our 5Star Mexico City hotel. Liked the location but suspect that...
