San Cristobal has an amazing array of hotels of all stripes! This is a well run hotel that keeps the needs of the guest in mind. Everything works, and there is a place for everything. There are mirrors! The beds, linens and pillows are decent quality. There are many rooms, so you should see the room before you sign up....

Room was good size, comfortable bed, clean ensuite and quiet. About a 5 - 10 minute stroll down into the Zocalo, with lots of cafes along the way. Breakfast was included, okay but go out for coffee, that is a must! Nice courtyards dotted around, but not available to sit in. A bit of climb up to 4th floor with...

My husband and I stayed here as part of a Tucan tour. The room was a good size and even had a closet area where we could place luggage. The hotel has several pleasant courtyards, which added to the charm. It's a few blocks from the main pedestrian strip and square, but it was an easy walk. Extra blankets were...

Pleasant hotel a short walk to the town square and the pedestrian avenue. We only had breakfast but the shower is hot and the beds comfy. Lovely example of Spanish colonial building circa 1727. Free wi-fi, fresh towels each day plus 2 bottles of water.

This was the hotel our tour company arranged for us. It is a cute building. The room had two double beds both of which had top sheets which were really not big enough for the bed. There was no wifi in our room. It was cold but that isn't surprising since they have no heating. Lots of blankets provided, though....

I checked in and out of this hotel within an hour. The room assigned to me, "B" was cold, sparsely furnished, run down, and downright sad. There was only one outlet and it was in the bathroom making it challenging to charge my phone. The courtyard is nice as is the location. But my room was very very sad.

I want to tell to everyone that is a really bad hotel. The rooms are really cold and the boss is really unfriendly and rude. I was here with Avventure nel Mondo and the cleaning lady robbed us. She took my earrings and 250 euros !!! I want to say that to ensure that this unpleasant thing will happen again!!!!

We came here on a tour and really loved this hotel! Most of its rooms surrounded a garden filled courtyard, and the hotel itself was initially a large home for a family that they have converted into a hotel. It is very charming and has a spanish colonial feel to it. The staff are very polite and friendly, the rooms...

This hotel is well located close to the central square. Internet works well and rooms are large. Pleasant environment inside the hotel and our price included breakfast. Compared to other hotels in San cristobal this one is a tad high.

Stayed as part of a Central America your. Good clean rooms and bathrooms. Very spacious rooms. It does get chilly so make sure you have thermals at night. Very close to main streets Definitely a hotel to stay in for people who are fussy about cleanliness
