We stayed Feb 16-19, 2016. The overall room in the erudito suite was spacious. We had a king bed, twin and a sofa for the my son. The hotel was accommodating us with the extra sofa for our family of 2 adults and 2 kids. That made it easy for them to go to bed versus if they shared a...

The hotel is in a beautiful old building with an interior courtyard full of plants and fountain. Our room on the second floor was lovely with high ceilings with wooden beams, old armoire for clothes and TV screen, balcony (a little noisy so shut the doors and turned on the overhead fan), comfortable bed and bathroom with good shower. The...

This hotel enjoys a great location a few blocks from the Zocalo. The property is brightly painted with a charming inner courtyard and waterfall. The rooms are large, although putting a couch in my bedroom and calling it a "suite" is somewhat specious. My stay was marred by missteps, from no water for the shower to a dirty bedroom floor....

Pros: The staff are super welcoming and helpful, and someone is always at the front desk. Great location near Zocalo. Super price. The hotel is in a beautiful old building with a courtyard, antiques, art, fresh flowers. The room is lovely and comfortable. Tasty breakfast of tamales, included. Cons: None really. One can hear the cars on the road from...

Everything is right with siete balcones. We arrived late but a member of the staff met us at the door and got our luggage up to the room. The hotel is over 200 years old and oozes charm. It has seven rooms so by the second day we were on friendly terms with all the employees. Everyone who works At...

I really liked this hotel. The location is unbeatable - a block from the Zocalo and on the corner of the main pedestrian street. Don't be concerned about noise though. All the rooms have thick glass doors on the balcony that ensure a peaceful interior. The decor in the public areas is strikingly lovely and makes for a very pleasant...

The positives: - Staff: The nicest and most gracious staff you will ever have the pleasure to meet at a hotel. - Location: The location is fantastic. About half way between the Zocalo and Santa Domingo and on the Alcala walking street. You are in the middle of everything. The negatives: - Location/noise: 4 of the 7 rooms have windows...

We arrived tired from Puerto Escondido and were greeted by the most friendly Carlos who gave us some great recommendations for breakfast and instantly felt like a long lost friend. Our room was beautiful with a big wrought iron gate behind the bed and a stunning, big bathroom all white with aqua tiles, an arched windowed roof and a great...

A delightful boutique style Hotel with first class staff, very comfortable rooms and a culture of caring and helpfulness. We enjoyed the Hotel , we are not used to traffic noise so that was a minus, the price was I think high but in some ways cheap by US standards, I did find other hotels that were quiet but very...

The service is excellent, the staff are very friendly and kind. The rooms are clean and cozy. Rates are reasonable. And the location is in the downtown area. We stayed a week and had a great time and by the way there are only 7 rooms and they each have a balcony
