This was our first time here and the location was great and also the breakfast that comes with the hotel. some of the rooms seemed small but we had ordered one with two beds and it was bigger. The courtyard outside the rooms was decorated very nicely and offered coffee early in the am before they opened for breakfast.

We had a short, 4 day visit to Oaxaca and stayed here for the first time. The location was perfect for us and the staff was friendly and efficient. All was clean and in top condition. We were impressed with the elevator [new] especially since the 3rd floor room would have provided a challenge during our visit. Our room was a little small with 2 double beds [1 would have been better for access to the closet] but otherwise no complaints at all. P.S. the private AC was welcome. Some English mixed with the Spanish was helpful but not necessary. Our room was an interior one - no view but all there is in the city is street or courtyard options really. It was fine. The restaurant had a good breakfast and lunch but don't know about a buffet, per say.

Although in a fantastic location this hotel was dull and souless, rooms tired, no windows oh yes a tiny tiny one in the bathroom and had no life. I couldn’t wait to get out of my room. Although I speak Spanish 98% of the staff do not speak English, how are you going to cater to your international clients?? Thankfully won’t be coming back to this hotel. Awful

We stayed here during Semana Santa and enjoyed our stay. Although a bit small, our room was well appointed and very comfortable. Great beds and shower. The staff were always helpful and the location was perfect in the city centre. Many thanks to team Abu!
