Booked through booking.com Good points: - 24 hour desk - clean - Bad points - Gate is ALWAYS closed so you have to ring a bell (not a huge ordeal but inconvenient although hotel is located in a good area and other hotels do not have this issue) - VERY noisy. Hotel is one large hall. No carpets, no noise... More

We stayed two nights at this hotel before leaving for Huatulco. We were on the second floor with a balcony large enough and comfortable. The rooms are very clean and very comfortable beds. It has cable and wifi. We decided to return and stayed for two more nights before returning home. The hotel is close to everything and is very... More

After arriving late and not finding a hotel anywhere else, I secured a room at Hotel Kabii. The room was very comfortable (the bed was the best I have had in Oaxaca), the room very clean and the front staff very accomodating. Although I have more favorite hotels in Oaxaca I would recommend staying here. Very close to the center... More

My husband and I spent 2 nights here right before New Years. We arrived without reservations to Oaxaca City and almost couldn't find accommodations, but luckily we found Hotel Kabii. We asked to see a room before agreeing to stay and we were shown a room in the process of getting cleaned. I was impressed by how they were taking... More

Our taxi driver recommended this hotel and I was pleasantly surprised. We were shown 3 rooms to choose from all of which were spacious, have large TVs, nice large bathrooms. The hotel itself is a smaller 2-story building having only about 10 rooms, but the decor and large hallway and room size gives the feeling of being in a large... More

Overall the stay was horrible, do not stay anywhere near the front desk i.e. room 1,2,3. staff constantly talking to other collegues or friends 6am in the morning and it echos through the room. Even though i complained about the noise levels they never lowered their voice and showing no consideration about others trying to sleep.

This is a nice hotel in a good location. There are maybe 10 or 12 rooms. We stayed in room 7, on the upper floor, with a small balcony overlooking the street. The entry is locked 24 hrs a day, and you ring the buzzer for them to let you in, making it very secure. There is always someone there... More

We stayed in this hotel in April 2011. It is a smaller property in an excellent location only a few blocks away from the Zocalo and walking distance to many shops and tour buses to sites such as Montalban and Mitla. The hotel was secure, clean, and peaceful with excellent, friendly staff. There was free wi-fi, a nice back patio... More

My wife and I and another family stayed at Hotel Kabii for a couple of nights, July 2011. The hotel is about 10 years old, small, clean, and quiet. Our large tiled room had two double beds, a balcony on the back side, and a large shower in the Mexican fashion. Our friends' room was on Hldago Avenue, a major... More
