Almost a colonial style hotel with quite small, but well equipped and clean bedrooms. Nice clean towels and restocked toiletries, but as with all the hotels no shower gel. There were comfortable seating areas on all floors that picked up a nice breeze plus a roof terrace that was shut when we were there. The central courtyard was excellent for...

In mid January, I stayed at the Casa Conzatti for one week on a group tour. The hotel is in a relatively quiet neighborhood but within easy walking distance of the always lively Zocalo. There is a roof top patio overlooking a lovely park across the street. The hotel staff were overall efficient and pleasant. My room on a second...

Have been coming to Oaxaca for years. This was the first time at Casa Conzatti. We really liked it and I think as long as the price stays as low as it is with the current exchange we will make it our base from now on. Nice, sparkling clean room, coffee maker, AC, safe in room- a few more amenities...

Great location just outside the historic area, across from a park. This colonial style hotel is reasonably quiet and an easy walk to many attractions. There is a decent restaurant, patio bar and good wifi. Rooms are clean, good size and well appointed. There's plenty of hot water for the shower. The staff took very good care of us.

We stayed here with a tour group. Comfortable with nice interior courtyards. Staff very helpful. I liked not being right downtown and felt safe walking back and forth. Quiet area with a park across the street. Laundry behind hotel and a small grocery around corner. Would stay here again. Note: no thermostat to control the AC but it worked efficiently...

This is a well located hotel within walking distance of the centre of Oaxaca. The building itself is charming: with a distinct Mediterranean/Mexican (if such a combination is possible) feel - internal courtyards, tiling, gardens and balconies. Opposite the hotel is a pleasant garden which is used by locals and tourists as a place of quiet relaxation throughout the day...

Hotel is located around the block from the Santo Domingo Church and the tourist corridor filled with shops, galleries, restaurants etc.. Hotel is across from an nice park and away from the noise of downtown's main plaza. Rooms are clean and have window A/C units that can be noisy at times, but OK. The restaurant is great and the staff...

The one thing that Casa Conzatti has going for it is character. It is a period building which is decorated beautifully and has lots of interesting paintings and items on it's walls. The room was very spacious, there were more than enough electrical sockets and the wifi was excellent and free. The centre of Oaxaca is only a ten minute...
