Hotel is located around the block from the Santo Domingo Church and the tourist corridor filled with shops, galleries, restaurants etc.. Hotel is across from an nice park and away from the noise of downtown's main plaza. Rooms are clean and have window A/C units that can be noisy at times, but OK. The restaurant is great and the staff... More

The one thing that Casa Conzatti has going for it is character. It is a period building which is decorated beautifully and has lots of interesting paintings and items on it's walls. The room was very spacious, there were more than enough electrical sockets and the wifi was excellent and free. The centre of Oaxaca is only a ten minute... More

Good looking hotel and layout and in a good position. However we had a very strange check-in with our group with just a key handover and no one showing is where our room was located. Also not asked if we wanted to charge anything to our room and that we would need to provide a copy of our credit card... More

Stayed for 2 nights. Comfortable. Had safe. Walking distance to centre - very close. Nice restaurant - had fish very good. Room okay nothing amazing but comfortable. The hotel is laid out well with a nice courtyard where food for breakfast and evening. No pool or fitness facilities which is always a shame but knew when booked it.

We stayed several days in January at this hotel. Room was clean. Public areas were pleasant with comfortable seating and plants. Staff was very pleasant. Location is good, near a park and places to eat or buy food, and a laundry. Also, it is not far from attractions, shops, etc. Main negative was low lighting in our room. It was... More

Very quaint hotel with nice rooms in a good location (ten minutes walk from the town centre). Stayed here with a tour group for three nights. Comfy rooms (two large single beds - quite hard compared with some places) with slightly worn bathroom (shower/loo). Good breakfast - fruit, toast, choice of eggs with cheese/bacon/ham and coffee (warm milk available if... More

This hotel is absolutely charming - was the home of a naturalist and botanist and the rooms are set off corridors open to the elements. Where else can you sit enjoying a drink while a hummingbird is stocking up with his supper?

Nice and friendly place to stay. Close to downtown. You can walk with no rush and enjoy the city at your own time. The hotel is clean, and the employees have a friendly attitude. Is a right price for what you get.

We stayed here for 4 days. The rooms are comfortable although our bathroom was tiny. An extra shelf for personal belongings would have been helpful. There was a dreadful hammering ocuring every breakfast time as there was construction apparently on the roof. Twice we ordered steak for dinner and it was too tough to eat. The chicken was OK
