This was a very accommodating hotel, we reserved several rooms at the very last minute and we know we were putting them on a difficult situation but they handled our requests very efficiently. We were given nice spacious rooms on the 7th floor, with nice views of the city, clean and with everything one can expect from a city hotel.... More

Was there from Saturday to Saturday, the beds were fine, food was fine, the service was excellent, the Wi-Fi was HORRIBLE, don't spect to be connected all the time and if you are, please know that it will be slow, very slow. Also a good tip is that the key to your room CAN NOT be in contact with any... More

Perfect hotel for us very clean & friendly staff. It is very good hub to go every where, such as monte alban ruins or downtown, and even el tule. It has a nice little pool & the entire hotel has a 5star appearance. The food was great! many tipical foods to choose from. It has sufficient parking. We were very... More

We arrived as a group with only one person at check in so very slow. Told breakfast included but next day informed not so and had to pay extra. Situation poorly handled by (again) single person on duty while staff hassled my wife in dining room. Next day a reduced quality of breakfast because we were paying a reduced rate... More

We have arrived at night, the view from our room ( 6 th floor) is great. We can see the whole city lights between the mountains. The main road located next the hotel, thats why the dawn little bit loud. I recommend this hotel.

The best thing about this hotel is the staff! Very wonderful accommodating people! Restaurant average. Nice but noisy rooms. Make sure the outside window is shut & the ceiling fan is on high to drown out the street noise. Very clean. Beware of the elevators. Use the staircase. Cabs to center of town very enexpensive . I like the hotel... More

We stayed 2 nights, because we couldn´t find rooms in other hotels. Please don´t believe the pictures of the hotel. Great Photoshop. Worst: overprice hotel. The rates are freaking expensive for such quality of hotel. Old furniture. Bed so old, the old mattress makes noises at minimum movement. The WC looks like public bathrooms. The shower was so old and... More

I stayed there for 3 nights, only reason I booked a room there it was because there were no other hotels with room available. It stated that is licated downtown, not true. Beds were uncomfortable and they remodel the 7th floor, I paid for an "upgrade" thinking that beds were going to be more comfortable and not at all, everything... More

This hotel was decent and comfortable. I have to say, the rates definitely high compared to other hotels with the same or better quality. The rooms are comfortable. I was a bit disappointed with the restaurant (food served different from what they state on their menu) overpriced.

We stayed here over winter break in February with a group of high school students. We had a room with a lovely view of Oaxaca. The room was comfortable--nothing fancy. We ate breakfast there every morning and found the breakfast delicious. We did have one dinner there, however, and it was pretty tasteless. Our first night, we arrived late (about... More
