This small hotel is super nice and charming, we stayed 5 nights and the service was impeccable everyday, it has super comfortable beds, nice quiet AC and air fan, very clean throughout, delicious food at the restaurant downstairs, we had breakfast in the patio almost every day, fast room service, nice and quiet throughout even though we had a street... Cute, traditionally decorated hotel in an old colonial building just 2 blocks from the main square. Very nice patios and even a tiny pool. Restaurant. Breakfast was good (not included). Great wi-fi in my room (309)! Very friendly staff. Room (309) was comfortable, clean, nice even thought some furniture was a bit used. Quiet. Window was into interior corridor of... More

We were in a room on the top floor. the room was a good size with aircon and a ceiling fan which we left on overnight. There was easy access to a protected roof terrace with chair and loungers. Breakfast was good and appetising. nice courtyard downstairs and drinks via the waiter from the dining room.

We stayed at Hostal de la Noria during Easter week, 2016. The public areas of the hotel are charming and the staff is attentive. We booked the least expensive rooms, which were clean, comfortable, and fully adequate, though I think, in reteospect, I should have splutged on the larger rooms to get more space and an outside window. This hotel... More

I have stayed several times in the Noria until I finally got a house in Oaxaca. The hotel staff is always able to deal with any needs, always very helpful and pleasant. On several occasion when having friends and family come to Oaxaca I always book them into the Noria.

The hotel is close to Zocalo, friendly service, and comfortable room. The food was brand and i couldn't finish the plate. Tap water was dirty, it made my hair really sticky. Oh and there are a lot of food vendors behide the hostel which I really like hahaah

I just read a review from someone who stayed here around the same time I did (from Houston, Tx.), and I felt compelled to offer my review, which reflects an experience in complete contrast. First, the location is very good. Noria is close to Zocolo Sq., which is full of stores, great restaurants, car rental places, market places, etc. It's... More

To start with Eli the concierge thinks he is the owner. When I asked him to call the Manager or owner after many discrepancies in the property he didn't know what to do. 1.Small pool and full of cigarette butts, 2.AC didn't work properly, 3. Water in bath cold/hot/cold not regulated, 4. TV set from the 1980, 5. Breakfast so-so... More

Nice hotel, clean, close to everything, nice people but they didnt speak English much. Wi Fi was spotty and the room we had was very noisy because the hotel was located on a busy street. You must ask for a quiet room but if you don't smoke make sure you specify non smoking room.

I stayed with a group, and the rooms are adequately maintained. The location is very convenient for the downtown district. Many of the rooms have windows into the building itself - if you're someone that needs daylight in a guest room, this is not a good place for you to choose. As a result of the lack of daylight, the... More
