This is a great place as long as you are aware of what you get. This is not a western chain, but a Mexican hotel catering for Mexicans. We got a pretty big room with two beds for less than 1000 peso per night just outside the historical center with sprawling grounds and a (not heated) pool. The AC worked,...

We stayed here for the day of the dead festivities which are amazing and a must do. Mexico is fabulous. The hotel. Well. Service was very good. Reception and porters all good. Only had breakfast once there which was very interesting which I enjoyed. Traditional Mexican fare. Mind we found better on the move around the city...the oddest thing was...

The rooms are old and shabby, but worse the bathroom smells of sewerage, and you can hear exactly what the person in the next room is doing. The restaurant service is friendly but the food is inedible. We were with a tour group that arrived back at the hotel late on both nights we were there and so had no...

This hotel is very comfortable. The beds, linens and towels are of good quality. The restaurant has an extensive buffet breakfast. We stayed here on a tour. So our dinner was pre-selected. Some of the food was very tasty some not as good. The rooms are comfortable but the lampshades were torn. The ac works very well and there was...

This place was ok but not good or great. We would only recommend it for one or two, nights. The hotel is large and sprawling across an acre or more of not very well kept gardens. Our junior suite room was spacious and clean. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, sagging towards the middle and very hard. The AC did not...

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. It is an authentic old style mexican hotel, so do not expect a modern room. But it is very clean, the room was comfortable and the area was very nice and well kept. The restaurant is amazing: we had delicious breakfasts and dinners! It is located just outside the city centre, at...

We stayed there because it was closer to a wedding location we assisted. Rooms are ok. They have everything you need, but they need a makeover. It is a little darker at night. Breakfast is good and the pool area is nice.

Stayed here for a week last month with a group. The rooms aren't fancy but very clean and safe. It's located outside of the main part of Oaxaca center so it was nice and quiet, but still just a short walk to all the wonderful sites. The grounds are very well taken care of and the restaurant is quite decent,...

This is a very old hotel, it is not ugly, but it needs repair. The water pressure in the shower was close to none. Several tiles were missing, chipped or needed repair. No air conditioning, it was humid and sticky. There were tons of mosquitoes inside the room, but the worse was how dark and gloomy the rooms were. Next...
