The hotel is very well located in the center of Oaxaca. It allows going everywhere on walking. The rooms are wide and clean. The hotel has also a restaurant with good prices but I haven't tried it. Internet worked well.
Ok for one night staying from Huatulco to cut our drive in half. Mini ants in our room that managed to follow us in our bags... I would suggest to go somewhere else in a free ants hotel and less busy street.
This hotel is located 2 minutes from the Zocalo, where Everything happens. Amenities are limited. Staff is knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. Cleanliness was very poor. Linens and towels should be replaced as they are old and dingy. Great WiFi and free parking about 2 minutes away. You need to take your car to a parking garage and show them a pass provided by the hotel. No problems there. Would recommend it for the location!
Great location, the zocalo is just 5 min away, the market around the corner. A great supermarket across the street with everything one might need. Rooms are very basic but spacious. Our bathroom sink was clogged which made even teeth brushing impossible.
Upon arrival the receptionist announced that the room we reserved wasn't available and that she sent us an email. We had been travelling with no WiFi for 11 hours but when we finally checked email wasn't there. She then changed her story and said she emailed booking.com through which we reserved the room. They offered no compensation, acceptable alternative or apology.
