I was so glad we booked this hotel! Everyone person there was outstanding in making you feel welcome and well taken care of. From Nuria contacting us before we even arrived, right through to very kindly arranging our private city tour. Also her excellent dinner and lunch recommendations. Special shoutout to Hector who was very knowledgeable and furthermore even walked with us to one of his recommended lunch spots. He's the best. The doorman were always kind and welcoming. Javier was very sweet. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again in a heartbeat. The location is stunning within walking distance to anything you might need. The hotel itself is very luxurious and smelt amazing! The suite was small but was very comfortable for two people. The apartment even had a washer and dryer! The breakfast options were more than adequate. Book it right now. You will not regret it!

Hotel's Favorite
Casa Mali was our home away from home for five days and we are so grateful for having chosen this wonderful accommodation and service. The location is fantastic. The Condesa neighbourhood is just lovely, with its leafy tree lined streets and parks, Right across the street from the hotel is Parque Mexico, which really buzzes with life on the weekends. It’s fun to see the Dog School in the park and all the pets available for adoption will pull at your heartstrings. There are loads of cafes and restaurants nearby, as well as shops and supermarkets. The hotel service was great and the security is excellent. Everything is kept clean and in order. The breakfast is very basic and self serve. There is a small library lounge near the lobby as well as a lovely rooftop terrace, with a tiny gym. Our room was on the top floor (4th floor) and had its own private patio. The king size bed was very comfortable. The kitchenette has all the basic gear needed as well as a microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, iron and ironing board. Having a washing machine and tumble dryer in the room is a huge plus for families. There are some thoughtful touches like a torch/flashlight by the safe, and the shower dispensers with shampoo, conditioner and liquid soap. What is missing is a small pad of paper and a pen (for those of us who are old fashioned) and some dish soap and dish towel for the kitchen. We would definitely stay here again!

The neighborhood of Condesa is a great space to stay - we really enjoyed the park across the street and all the cafes and restaurants nearby. The hotel was clean, comfortable and safe and all the staff were very friendly. The breakfast was a relatively small continental spread, but still a great way to start the day. We loved our stay here

This is the best hotel, in the best neighborhood (La Condesa). Directly across the street from a large park, with over a dozen sidewalk cafe's and restaurants within just two or three blocks. The hotel itself is quiet, and beautiful. Each suite is like having your own apartment in La Condesa, with a doorman and staff. We loved having a kitchen and living room with our Jr. Suite. The staff were amazing. Once, when the dryer (inside a kitchen cabinet) was too difficult for me to figure out, the hotel maid dried and folded our laundry for us. Another time I'd left my Visa card at the front desk, and the doorman ran down the street to catch me. The metro is about a 5-10 minute walk, but we also found requesting an Uber was fast and inexpensive.

I found the hotel to be as advertised. We had a junior suite on the third floor facing the main, but quiet street. The room was nice, very comfortable and well priced for what you get, basically a one bedroom apartment. The location is the best in Condesa in my opinion as it is near all the restaurants and close to shopping, etc. as well as a short walk to other nice areas. In fact, we had previously made dinner reservations in various neighborhoods based on recommendations from a friend who travels to Mexico City often. After our first restaurant outside of Condesa, we cancelled the others because the options near this hotel were numerous and enjoyable and didn't involve a taxi ride that could take 30 minutes to go 2 miles based on traffic.. The only thing I would do different is take a taxi from the airport rather than the car the hotel booked for me. Life is about expectations and I expected a newer car but instead we basically got a taxi level car in which we were quoted a fee of $55 but was charged $66 + tip. Upon talking to another traveler who just took a taxi from the airport, his cost was $15. Seriously, same in the vehicle type.

Phenomenal boutique spot in the heart of lush Condesa neighbourhood. Nuria the Manager was so helpful with arranging reservations pre-trip via Whatsapp. Hector at the front desk was professional and friendly - all their doormen were fantastic. The apartment was gigantic and we really enjoyed the ability to do laundry. All in all, this is a really great option for a visit to Mexico City.

This was a true find. Instead of just a boring room with a bathroom, you get an apartment of your own. The spaciousness was incredible. The hotel is directly across the street from Parque Mexico and close to dining and great walks to other areas.

A lovely, quiet, spotlessly clean, safe hotel across the street from Parque México. Excellent and friendly 24h customer service (they also helped us get tickets to Lucha Libre when my credit card wouldn't go through). We stayed in one of the penthouse suites and it was terrific! Everything you need. Excellent location and perfect accommodations for a one week stay.

We stayed for a week in May during our first trip to Mexico City. We can endorse most of what the other reviewers have said. The hotel staff were extremely nice and helpful. The room, a studio, was very comfortable and clean. And the neighborhood was really beautiful, active and varied. To elaborate, the staff was very attentive and helpful with advice. They arranged our pre-departure covid test in the hotel. Our doorman assured us that Uber was the best option for getting around which proved to be correct. Our studio had a super comfortable bed, good air conditioning, a full-size fridge for the beer and fruits we kept, and even though we did not make use of it, a washer and dryer. We enjoyed the breakfast and coffee and used the free filtered water before every daily excursion. And the room was quiet. We loved La Condesa. We spent long hectic days in and around the city sightseeing and eating in Mercados and on the street. It was nice to come back to La Condesa and have nice evening walks and dinners. Even though the neighborhood has a certain hipster-yuppie feel (women with their yoga mats and guys with man-buns) there is still a lot of "Mexico" around, and options to eat like El Greco, El Pez Azul, El Pescadito, Xel-Ha, El Kaliman, or across Insurgentes to El Parnita. And it's really nice to walk around the park or on Amsterdam and look at the Art Deco buildings.
