I cannot say how amazing the staff at this hotel were for myself and sister. They were so helpful. Our bag was lost at the airport and the amount of times we asked for help from the staff and they were helpful every time. They knew local area really well, they were happy to give recommendations and directions. The hotel itself was closely located to the train/subway and was also next door to a shopping strip full or restaurants and shops. The Room was always clean and stocked with bottled water, bed were soft and shower was nice.

The hotel is super well located, safe area, lot of walkable places and restaurants around. But be aware that the room and bed are small! Also, there is no safe or fridge inside. For what we were looking and willing to pay, it was great, safe, clean, very silent and friendly staff! Would stay here again!

This hotel has an excellent location just 1 minute from the subway station Insurgentes (pink line)! From here you can reach all over town. We even took the subway to here from the airport. In usual Ibis Style spirit this hotel is fresh and clean. Small rooms but all basics you need are available. Considering the rate this is very good value for money. The breakfast buffet was not very exciting but as long as you stay away from the croissants (the driest I ever seen!) you’ll be fine.

Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. The hotel was closed to the subway and lots of eateries around the area. The room was good for one person and was clean. The staff were helpful and breakfast was simple but enough to fill the stomach. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to people who prefer convenience.

I spent four nights on a solo sightseeing trip at this location and everything went well. I had stayed at Ibis hotels in Europe so it was nice to have something a little familiar when traveling to a new location. The lobby and breakfast area are very clean and tidy although the room floor and bathroom could have received some extra attention. The bed was fine and the shower design was odd as other reviewers have mentioned but the same thing applied in Europe. I could not hear any noise from the hallway or adjacent rooms. Some street noise like heavy trucks and horns came through my street side room on the fourth floor but earplugs helped with that. Other rooms face an interior space above the breakfast area and they might be quieter. The few times I interacted with the staff at the front desk were fine and they spoke adequate English and were helpful. A taxi from the airport cost about $15 US and $10 to return to the airport. The hotel is less than a block from the Insurgentes subway station which is the primary way I got around the city. That was incredibly convenient. The neighborhood felt safe and I was out as late as 10 pm. It is surrounded by restaurants and shopping withing walking distance. A few times I walked as far as Bosque de Chapultepec, a great retreat from the urban environment. Overall, I felt very pleased with my choice at the cost I wanted to spend - about $75 per night.
