This hotel allowed to have an event in their "terraza" with music and somebody speaking at very high volumes... on a Tuesday night, its midnight and the noise makes it impossible to sleep. Called the night manager and all she said is that they told them to turn it down, evidently they did not listen.

The hotel is almost new and it is nice. I would definitely suggest free internet, or at least a most reasonable fee for it. A coffee maker in the rooms (I had to had to pay $20.00 for 2 coffees at the room!) and self service parking lot, the valet takes way too long to bring your car to you....

I am out of this world amazed that this place is classified as a 5 star hotel. I am uncertain as to where to begin but perhaps we can start with the picture I have uploaded. That's room service. That's almost 40 usd dollars. Imagine my shock when I saw this brought to my door. We ordered grilled arrachera and...

Located in the modern zone of Mexico City. Beautiful setting, loved the room, which had a separate water closet from bathroom area. Nice area to walk around. Rooms are spacious, with a separate seating area.

This hotel came recommended through my local friends, located in a nice locality Santa Fe, surrounded by hotels like Hilton, Sheraton , JW Marriot and so many corporate offices.
