Great service. Small boutique. Good bfast included. Great airport pickup and droppoff service. Hotel key card system needs a major upgrade. The nightly bar and turnover service was nice. Great location to walk Condessa and walk to Roma.

Very nice boutique hotel, in a great area with lots of flavor in Mexico city, full of details of quality and good taste. i will be back every time I travel to the "great city of hope". it is eclectic but "classy" and its location, in the heart of the city, is perfect for whatever the purpose of your trip

Small hotel, housed in a lovely older building. I stayed here on two occasions in quick succession. The first room was quite small, but nicely decorated. The second was slightly larger with a very small terrace and small seating area. Both were dark but quiet and comfortable. Good showers and WiFi, plus free drinks and snacks in the room. There... The architecture is Art Deco, the interior is newly updated but keeps the Art Deco flavor. The staff knocks themselves out to make sure you have what you need to be comfortable. The Hotel sits on the edge of a lovely safe park. The surrounding streets are walkable, and because the area is trendy there is a plethora of restaurants... More

Great experience staying at the Hippodrome Hotel in Mexico City. I stayed at the hotel during a business trip to a trade show in Mexico City. The friendliness and excelent service from the staff is unequalled. You are treated with the same quality of service regardless of whether you need something at lunchtime or if it's 3 a.m. Very modern hotel... More

The rooms ,even if we had a suit are very small and dark, claustrophobic.Breackfast is terrible poor in a dark room with strong music at 8 in the morning. You get a cup of coffee and 2 pieces of bread in a paper bag.The service is very poor ,no one seems to know who has to do what it seems that there... This was a great boutique hotel and we would stay here again. The location was excellent and there were many places to visit nearby. The service staff was very attentive for a small hotel and the rooms were recently renovated. The café was being remodeled, but we did not stay there to eat at the hotel.

We have stayed six nights at his hotel. It is certainly a beautiful hotel in an enviable location. However, we felt let down by poor service in a number of areas, particularly given the price that we had paid for a superior room, (which was notably higher than that of other hotels in the Condesa/Roma area). I. The hotel promotes... More

I highly recommend this property. Perfect location. Perfect staff. A first class boutique hotel. Many great restaurants nearby. The hotel will arrange transportation for excursions. Be sure to stay through a Sunday for a bike ride on the Reforma!

All the employees were very nice and cordial! Always looking to the details and making sure my needs were met. They recently changed the gym location. Even though I prefer the previous one the new location was ok. The hotel location is also really good!
