The location it's perfect as it is right next to a mall with several restaurants plus plenty more around the area. The staff was great and the rooms are big and spacious. For a business trip it's the perfect option.

Very neat and clean rooms but the internet access is very bad. During my stay I was trying to work on my computer, but the internet access came down for about two hours. Also, every 2 hrs I had to re-login into the Hotel's network in order to stay online with my phone and laptop

The great point is location, walk distance from several restaurants and shops in reasonable safety area. The issues are the same for years, air conditioner noise and weak, shower goes to hot cold every minute.

The location is good since you have a shopping center with various restaurants and shops. room is spacious and bed is ok. This is the second time I stay here and I had the same problems. 1) hair on the shower floor and stuck to shower walls, 2) poor breakfast, 3) front desk staff not very friendly 4) You cannot...

The reason why I'm giving it a four start instead of a five is because we let them know we were coming early in the morning and he had to wait around for a while before given our rooms and they gave us rooms on different floors with single bed... other then that the place was great!!

While this property has an enviable location in Paseo de la Reforma, close to many attractions and restaurants, the condition of the room and hallways leave much to be desired. Stains on the carpets; poorly patched holes in upholstery of furniture; ancient furniture, etc. I have stayed at this property many times over the past few years, but this was...

This is a very well located hotel, on Reforma St, Next to Plaza 222, walking distance from Angel de la Independencia and very near from Historic Center. There are plenty of options to eat, drink and shop in this area. View from the rooms is delightful. I would only improve breakfast options. In general i spent a great resting night...

This comfortable hotel is centrally located and had the basic services. There was renovation taking place during our stay so some floors were unavailable. Breakfast was served but there was no restaurant for lunch and dinner, not sure if that is because of the renovation. Right next door is a large shopping mall with several restaurants.

Very well located, helpful staff and the breakfast had some Mexican delights! Easily accessible from anywhere in Mexico City. Maybe you could chose a different agency ( and not from front desk) if you want to go for any tour. That was expensive and the driver did not know much
